Too expensive, no breakfast provided, no staff to help, although one young lady was helpful.
Pros:

Breakfast was not provided. Considering the cost of the stay, this was shock. I was expecting it.

Cons:

A kettle in the room to provide a hot drink when needed. A TV which can just be switched on. Curtains that can be drawn closed as the flashing lights from the crane caused me problems in the night. Hand soap was empty, as was the shower gel. A very poor quality of towels, they were only fit for using on dogs!!!! I have stayed in Luneburg many times, but this was terrible and I will not return again.

Tolles Projekt in perfekter Lage
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und die Mitarbeiter die das Hotel als kleines Studentenprojekt betreiben waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Lage sehr zentral, etwas laut. Parkplatz weit weg! Frühstück war gut!

Alleine um zu sehen wie sich das Projekt entwickelt, würde ich wiederkommen.
Pros:

Gerne schließe ich mich an, dass das Team vor Ort äußerst freundlich ist. Ein spannendes Projekt.

Cons:

Es gibt einen deutlichen Investionsstau - Handtücher, verkalkte und knarrende Duschtüren. Altes Inventar. Bilder und Deko waren nicht mein Geschmack.
Ich hätte mir einen kleinen Schreibtisch gewünscht.

Wunderbares Hotel mit äußerst freundlichem Personal

Es ist ein ganz tolles, besonderes Hotel in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Nur zu empfehlen!
