Goede ligging en uitstekend ontbijt
Pros:

Goede ligging, optie om laat in te checken ( wij waren er pas rond 22.00 en dat was geen enkel probleem ), er was genoeg keuze bij het ontbijt, we hadden een zeer ruime kamer (junior suite), deze bestond eigenlijk uit een inkom waar je ook de badkamer achter de hoek had en enkele fauteuils, koffie/thee,.. dan een kamer met een tv en een zithoek en uiteindelijk dan de slaapruimte. Al bij al waren we tevreden.

Cons:

De kussens van de bedden zijn oversize en kun je eigenlijk niet echt op slapen. De douchedeur was zo strak afgewerkt tegen de grond dat je het water eruit trok als je deze wilde sluiten na het douchen ( lastiger als je een kind wilt wassen, verder waarschijnlijk niet echt zo’n probleem )

Die Spielhölle , ich weiß Royal ist ja extra wohl ein Hotel dafür ! Ist auch nur meine persönliche Einstellung !!

Pleasant but be aware of what you’re paying for.
Pros:

Rooms were great and clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I was accidentally charged the amount for my stay and they never reimbursed my money back. Happened on first day and asked every day at reception if they could do the charge reversal, called multiple times and no one ever followed up or seemed to know how to do a charge reversal.
