Besides the things mentioned above, my stay at Hotel Los Jardines was very pleasant.
Pros:

It is very clean, the staff is very courteous and polite, and the hotel is close to very good restaurants and spas.

Cons:

The first day I asked to be moved to another room because the safe was not working; Then the rooms are too close to each other and one can hear when people are talking in the adjacent room; one night I was awaken at 3:00 a.m. by a couple talking in next room.
I could hear the shower and toilet being flushed. Also, the toilet top in my room would fall off all the time.

The breakfast was great. However the young lady bartender was rude and made me feel as if I was bothering her so I took my business elsewhere. Other than that I had a great experience and will stay there again.
