Super nice host. They greeted us with the biggest welcoming. The room was upgraded and it was spacious. She asked if we wanted a more quiet room we said yes but this comes with a window view to the hallway vs a window to the street which can be noisy. It has a tv in the room. There is a train station which is practically across the street. You are about a 20 min walk to the bus terminal and about 10-30 min walk into town. The breakfast was a full meal which was really nice. They have hot water for you to have 24/7 for prepackaged coffee or tea. We were sick and the host noticed and she offered to give us ginger tea (very nice of her). The town doesn't stay open late most shops close near sunset. Very nice hotel and very nice staff.

Great place close to Historical Center, great price, communicative and pleasant staff, room cleaned daily, change of towels and the rest.
We had the King Suite overlooking the street. Can be a bit noisy in the mornings, but that just means you have to get up and experience the city. The room is very big and tall and the bathroom small. Big comfy bed.

Overall a good experience.
Everything was good except when I plugged my roku into the extra hdmi slot on the TV, it would not let me change to input to use my roku. The main reason I chose this hotel was to watch a football game
Nice staff, always someone available. Good breakfast included at our preferred time.
Large room, good tv
Sometimes very loud, can hear traffic from balcony rooms so we switched to interior room - can hear people talking in mornings and videos/music from lobby late at night.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough. We initially booked for 3 nights, but extended it to a further 5. It is in an excellent location, and the staff were absolutely brilliant. Breakfast varied everyday and we ate most nights, at a very good price and again it was delicious. Big thanks go to Lorena, her husband and Walter for making our stay very special.
The hotel is in a great location, on the east side of the historic center.
The staff were absolutely wonderful, especially the woman working the front desk. The hotel arranged pickup from the airport for us at no extra charge, which was very nice and unexpected.
At around $24 per night, it was an excellent value.
Our room had only one window to the outside, which didn’t open. The other windows opened directly into the stairway common area.
Sometimes noise and/or light from that common space would be noticeable in the room more than we would have preferred.
We had just a little trouble communicating because our Spanish isn’t very good, but that was our fault. The staff were incredibly kind and patient with us, and they were always willing to help.

Good location for bus station and old town - could walk everywhere. Nice breakfast and staff were super lovely
The room was clean and big. The location was great as well - in between the bus station and the historical city center, so we were able to walk everywhere. The staff who work there are very nice. The breakfast was ok - fried eggs, sandwich, juice and instant coffee/tea. Although we didn't like it that much, it is very individual so I would rate it rather as a good one!
It is rather a recommendation. It was strange that there is no hairdryer for guests on the reception. It would be good to have one.
