מלון נהדר
Pros:

מיקום פנטסטי ממש מול מפל וירג׳ן קבלנו חדר מרווח בקומה העליונה עם מרפסת משגעת. המלון במרחק כמה דקות הליכה ממרכז בנייס. מנהלת המלון קרלה יצאה מגדרה לסייע בכל דבר. קבלנו אפשרות להשתמש ללא תשלום במתקני הספא במלון אחר שבאותו בעלות על דרך המפלים. יש שם טיפולמלען ים במחר מאד זול. יש למלון חניה ארוחת בוקר עשירה, אוי שומרי כשרות ודאגו להכין הכל בכלים שלנו.

מערכת המים חמים טעונה שיפור ואין מעלית.

Realmente pase 5 días increíbles. Muy lindo el hotel, rescato sobre todo la atención y buen trato de los dueños y del personal. La habitación cómoda con una hermosa vista de la cascada. Bueno el desayuno. Muchas gracias y nos veremos el año que viene.

Beautiful boutique art hotel near spa with waterfall views
Pros:

Beautiful modern yet historic place walking distance to thermal spa. The hostess and staff did everything to make me feel at home and offered recommendations for everything needed. The breakfast is amazing, hot and made to order with homemade juices, granola, fruit, coffee and delicious breads and jams. A bonus is the beautiful art everywhere, even on the doors. The rooms have vies of a waterfall, and coffee on the rooftop is amazing.

Un precioso lugar en Baños
Pros:

El jacuzzi, el desayuno tipo buffet (estaba super completo y riquisimo), la cercanía del lugar a la parada de buses para ir a los lugares turísticos pero sobre todo la amabilidad de quienes nos atendieron en el lobby... 100/100.

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, reasonable price
Pros:

Very comfortable room, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, on a quiet street away from center yet only 5-10 min walk.

Cons:

Somehow noise was seeping through the windows, some dog(s) constantly barking every night - not sure at whom or why, ppl talking loudly into the evening, can see light outside through the curtains. But despite these negatives, overall I had a great experience and would chose this hotel again in the future.

Waking up to the view of waterfalls
Pros:

Room is spacious, balcony has view of the waterfalls. I wake up in bed to the view of the big waterfall!! Really good complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

I couldnt stay longer than 3 nights

Disappointing..
Pros:

Proximity to the town, good sized bed.

Cons:

This hotel is NOT a spa or wellness centre, as suggested on booking.com.
It is a small traditional hotel in need of some renovation, particularly the bathrooms. We were told the wellness center is at another hotel.
This sister hotel is 10km away and 10$ in a cab where there are some tepid pools but very little spa facilities.
Our room had a spa bath in it, but the knobs were broken and there was not enough hot water to half fill it anyway.

Banos is a great place to visit and the Hotel was fantastic. Especially liked all the artwork.

O Hotel tem uma decoração muito linda, diferente.

Cons:

De ter um quarto de luxo , nao ter ar condicionado.
E como sugestão acho q no cafe faltam opções inclusive de bolo

Whirlpool-Badewanne und tolle Aussicht
Pros:

Große Dachterrasse mit Sitzmöbeln zum Entspannen vom Trubel in Baños und großartiger Aussicht auf den Wasserfall.
Whirlpool-Badewanne im Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück mit ausreichend großer Auswahl.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Aussicht auf den Wasserfall gebucht, bekamen für die erste Nacht aber eines ohne Balkon und ohne Aussicht, zum selben Preis - kein Rabatt von Seiten des Hotels. Ansonsten alles OK.
