Difficile à trouver. Inapprochable en voiture mais parking privé à 300m. Bruyant car vieille immeuble.. Juste le petit déjeuner...

Trato cordial. Lugar tranquilo, y sobre todo, muy bien ubicado en el País Vasco.
Pros:

Mi estancia en el hotel Ormazabal de Vergara ha sido fantástica.
El trato de recepción fue cordial y educado. Nos recibieron de manera fantástica, facilitándonos la llegada, primero con el equipaje, ya que nos ofrecieron usar el elevador que tienen propiamente para las maletas al no disponer el edificio de ascensor; y segundo permitiéndonos el uso tanto de la puerta delantera como la trasera, ya que una es más cómoda para acceder una plaza donde se encuentran unos locales con terraza para tomar algo tranquilamente.
El hotel resultó ser un lugar tranquilo para descansar, las camas cómodas y limpias, al igual que la bañera, pero lo que más valoro de este hotel, es su ubicación, ya que se encuentra en un punto intermedio entre las tres provincias vascas, que fue lo que verdaderamente me llevó a decantarme por este alojamiento.
En cuanto a aparcar tu coche, hay dos opciones (ajenas al hotel) en el pueblo. En Vergara, tienen dos parkings (uno exterior y otro interior) de uso gratuito, con limitación horaria, pero muy flexiva y cómoda. Ambos están próximos al hotel, a escasamente 10 minutos andando, con lo que es otro punto a favor a tener en cuenta.

Cons:

En cuanto a lo que no me gustó, por poner algo, es la limpieza, pero no las camas, las cuales si estaban limpias, con las sábanas y el edredón mudados.
Las duchas, más de lo mismo, limpias para su uso.
A mí no me supone ningún problema y estoy encantado por como estaban las instalaciones, pero no sé si fue por despiste del servicio de limpieza esos días, pero no hace bien efecto ver polvo en el cabecero de la cama, o telarañas en las ventanas del baño por ejemplo.
No es una crítica, repito. A mí no me supone ningún inconveniente si me encuentro las camas y la bañera limpias como me lo he encontrado; simplemente quería señalarlo como un detalle a mejorar.
Porque como he puesto en lo que me gustó, el trato ha sido fantástico, cordial y agradable; y el hotel, a pesar de ser un edificio antiguo, de los que a mí me gustan, cumple con creces con las expectativas y es un lugar el cual por supuesto recomiendo.
