Personeel was oké. Ontbijt eveneens, je kan spek met eieren bestellen bij het personeel. Hotel is goed gelegen in de historische binnenstad. Het is er 's avonds en 's nachts erg rustig, geen last van geluid. Het hotel is ook zeer mooi ingericht.

Wonderful warm welcome and very helpful assistance with the parking and advice on local restaurants. Excellent central location but quiet at night for sleeping. Spacious room with separate seating area. Complimentary water in the room and water stations were much appreciated. Breakfast was very good served in the tiled interior courtyard. We had a lovely stay and would repeat.

Great location, friendly staff. Nice breakfast and clean rooms. They lent us the iron and let us storage our bags after check out, as our bus was leaving later in the afternoon.

A wonderful experience to stay in this unique hotel located on the outskirts of the old town in Estepona, everything within walking distance. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful at all times, breakfast cooked to order with quality ingredients. We made use of complimentary bikes available at hotel enjoyed cycling along the coast.

Staff really helpful and friendly

We booked last minute and the website didn't do it justice. We were so pleasantly surprised. Loved having some outdoor space, a separate lounge down stairs within our property and loved taking the lift up and walking straight out into our room. Drinks on arrival, parking a stones throw away, drinks for us in the property and food and drinks always available in the communal dining area. Beautiful entrance area.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The only drawback was that you didn’t really know at what time there would be someone in the office.
The rooms were lovely but I chose a balcony room but it was extremely narrow so you need to sit in the room with the doors open.
The ladies serving breakfast and cleaning the rooms were delightful and helpful.
Overall a lovely hotel.

This is a very, very special luxury boutique hotel indeed. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. The welcome we received from Sophia was exceptional - she made us feel so special without being unnecessarily formal or fussy. We were greeted with complimentary welcome drinks, and really useful local information about the best restaurants (I would recommend you follow their choices, they were fabulous).
The room was absolutely superb, as were all the communal areas too - the very highest quality furniture, fittings and styling. Breakfast was excellent, really high quality food in the lovely 'courtyard' setting (which is actually an internal covered courtyard). Location of the hotel could not be any better - right in the heart of the stunning old town with narrow streets and flowers. And they offered us safe parking in their basement car park. We borrowed their complimentary bikes (in really good condition) and cycled for miles along the promenade and board walks along the beach front. A truly superb stay all round.

De locatie is zeer goed. Het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en gedienstig. Ik ontving op voorhand zeer goede en gedetailleerde info over de parkingplaats. We werden zeer vriendelijk verwelkomd en we ontvingen zeer goede informatie over eetgelegenheden.
