Exceptional in public areas and our room. Immaculately clean and beautifully presented. Great location in the centre of Estepona.
One road effectively goes through the old town and that goes immediately outside the main entrance door. We had a room on the ground floor immediately outside the dining area where we could hear guests eating and talking. We could then hear frequent traffic after about 7am.
Everything. The decor, cleanliness, staff, location, breakfast, rooms, attention to detail - can’t rate it highly enough.

Personeel was uiterst vriendelijk,
Op de dag van de aankomst was er feest in het dorp waardoor hier en daar niet gereden kon, mocht worden.
Personeel kwam ons persoonlijk ophalen en we kregen zelfs de parkeerplaats ter beschikking direct onder het hotel.
Ontbijtjes waren perfect en het was er ook erg hygienisch.
Kortom een echte aanrader!!
Zeer luxe kamers met heel veel ruimte en een goed werkende airco.
Heel anders dan een standaard hotelkamer.

Ik ben vrij lang en het bed had iets langer gemogen, wel heerlijk geslapen.
Als je een raam open zet is dit direct op de binnenplaats dus iets minder privacy omdat daar ook ontbeten wordt, maar verder geen last gehad.

Everything was excellent, but the staff deserve special recognition. Sofia made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. I have stayed in many hotels, but I have never felt so well looked after. The rooms were beautifully designed and full of thoughtful details, exactly what you would expect from a boutique hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, with a generous buffet and additional dishes available to order. We also loved that the buffet area remained open throughout the day, allowing guests to enjoy coffee, fruit, cakes and snacks whenever they wished.
Not only Sofia, but also the ladies who prepared breakfast and looked after the rooms were incredibly kind and friendly. The whole team created such a warm, family-like atmosphere that we felt at home throughout our stay.

Location was excellent, beautiful old building & well maintained. Very nice staff.
Lack of outside space. Roof terrace was nice but no facilities. Sun loungers but no umbrellas for shade. Perhaps an honesty bar to allow guests enjoy a drink.
