Heel mooie locatie vlakbij de burcht. De Junior Suite was een echte oase van rust en ontspanning na enkele dagen Valencia. Het restaurant is top : het degustatiemenu is een ontdekking. In België betaal je het dubbele voor een dergelijke smaakbeleving.

Atractivo por su localización y entorno, pero con claras limitaciones de infraestructura y servicio en sus áreas recreat
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es impresionante y tiene mucho encanto al estar situado en la falda del castillo. Para ir en coche es muy cómodo (a un par de minutos de la zona principal), aunque subir andando o en bici puede ser muy exigente, especialmente en pleno verano. Todo el entorno natural está muy cuidado y la zona es muy bonita. Las habitaciones están bien y la limpieza general del hotel es correcta.

Cons:

Área de piscina muy reducida: En las fotos parece más grande de lo que realmente es. Con solo 3 familias (unas 9 personas), la piscina ya se quedaba pequeña e incómoda para nadar sin chocar con los demás. Además, apenas hay entre 7 y 8 tumbonas, sin zonas de sombra directa en el césped y en un terreno algo irregular. Al estar rodeada de vegetación, el agua acumula suciedad con facilidad.

Falta de cuidado en zonas comunes exteriores: Había materiales de obra/reforma visibles en la terraza del restaurante. Además, la recogida de las mesas exteriores es bastante lenta; fuimos a desayunar por la mañana y, al regresar de la piscina a la hora de comer, todavía quedaban vasos y botellas de servicios anteriores en la terraza.

Relación calidad-precio en temporada alta: El lugar y el personal son estupendos, pero pagando tarifa de agosto en un hotel de 4 estrellas esperábamos un mantenimiento más cuidado en exteriores y unas instalaciones de piscina/solárium mejor adaptadas al volumen de huéspedes.

The location was beautiful and the way it's set out is fabulous. Our room was away ftom the main building but the build quality was excellent and clearly though had gone into fitting the buildings into the location sympathetically. Room was a great size with plenty of wardrobe space. Great bathroom, lovely balcony. The gardens were beautiful and the pool was great.

Cons:

Only thing we could slightly pick up on was the pool could do with a good clean and maybe an algae treatment but it was still usable.

El entorno es espectacular, tranquilo y poco frecuentado. Es silencioso, bonito, íntimo. La habitación estaba muy limpia, completa. Además del buen gusto por la decoración. Sin duda, volveremos!

Pros:

We loved our stay. The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings and is wonderfully quiet and peaceful. We particularly enjoyed relaxing by the pool and having dinner at the restaurant, the menu was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
We also explored the surroundings and the old city, and took a walk along the road leading up to the top of the hill to the castle. Everything is just nearby.
It is a lovely area with beautiful scenery and a relaxing atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and would happily come back.

Super situation mais chambre et hygiène de la piscine à revoir.

La situation géographique au top, le petit déjeuner au top ainsi que le personnel.

Cons:

Pas d'eau froide au robinet du lavabo de la salle de bain, la salle de bain douche abîmée sol à refaire, joint sales, piscine qui glisse et verte quel dommage avec un cadre pareil.
