Please note that, the hotel reserves the right to change the buffet for an alternative meal service, consisting of: starter, main course and dessert, to be chosen by the guest, from a selection offered by the chef. The guest has the possibility to repeat, if wanted, in replacement of the buffet.

The hotel does not have children's entertainment service.

The hotel, by regulations of the Valencian Community, is not obliged to deliver the rooms before 4:00 p.m.

Calidad de estancia, gastronomía mejorable.
Pros:

Muy elegantes las habitaciones de 4*Sup y original la piscina climatizada del ático, acompañada de cafetería y solárium.

Cons:

Al buffet le falta algo de calidad y variedad que sea mas acorde con el nivel del hotel.

Staff were lovely, room was big and so clean. Great view and soundproofing. Secure Parking @€18 for 24hrs. Breakfast was ok. Free drink for checking in online in the Arches Lounge, nice vibe.

Jackpot gold!
Pros:

Everything! Spotlessly clean, fantastic room, great heated pool area, delicious breakfast, great staff, brilliant location, amazing views from the pool. Beds super comfy everythingyou needed was in the room, by far one of my best hotels and I come to benidorm a lot! Would definitely book again at the right price.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was when you came in of a night, a security guard was on the door asking your name and room number. Their policy though so be it.

Estancia de dos días
Pros:

El tamaño de la habitación, tiene plancha y tabla, que nos vino muy bien, pudimos poner Netflix, no sin dificultades, tal vez para alguien mayor puede ser complicado. Los empleados, todos , un plus de excelencia del hotel

Cons:

Avisé que mi hija celebraba su cumpleaños y no dejaron ningún detalle ni una tarjeta de felicitación , hubiera sido un punto, aunque creo que fue un despiste ya que la recepcionista era consciente y ella misma nos comentó que seguramente habría. No es un drama, solo x señalar lo ocurrido
