Please note that, the hotel reserves the right to change the buffet for an alternative meal service, consisting of: starter, main course and dessert, to be chosen by the guest, from a selection offered by the chef. The guest has the possibility to repeat, if wanted, in replacement of the buffet.

The hotel, by regulations of the Valencian Community, is not obliged to deliver the rooms before 4:00 p.m.

Excellent Hotel and Staff - some easy improvements could make it 10.
Pros:

The location is amazing.

Alll staff - skybar and reception especially.

Rooms are lovely, spacious, all amenities.

Heated pool in March really nice, though one day they seemed to turn off, and it took several hours for the pool to heat up.

Cons:

The sun beds are old and need urgently replacing.

Management should also consider some of tables at the skybar being replaced with sunbeds. Day 1 we couldn't get a sunbed for and hour or so. We complained about people reserving and they moved towels which was good. When the Hotel is full, getting a sunbed would be problematic, so adding some to the skybar section would help.

Coffee machine broke in skybar, the one on our rooms was never very warm, so as soon as you added milk it was cold.

We paid more for our room compared to our friends, got a bigger balcony but on the side that has no sun at any point in March. Seems there should be more thought on cost of room and sun, our friends cheaper room had sun most of the day and transpired to be a better room.
