Spa: Children aged 4 and over are only allowed in the spa facilities from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

A clean, quiet, convenient and good value night's stay between Palma and Pollenca.
Pros:

We paid for a double room with balcony and were located down in the old stable block about 5 minutes walk from the main building. There was an excellent rectangular swimming pool at the stable block which, although unheated, was warm enough for a decent swim in early May. There were lovely views of the countryside from our first floor balcony. Our room was spacious, with a seating area, and very clean. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was served at the stable block with a reasonable choice, including scrambled eggs and bacon, from the buffet. The property was peaceful, but well located only a few minutes off the main Palma road. The overnight stay was good value.

Cons:

Dinner was served in the main building about 5 minutes walk up the track - this wasn't an issue for us, but could be for some guests. It was busy when we went for dinner at 7.30pm, but we waited a few minutes and were able to have a table on the balcony with lovely views across the fields and orchard. We had read several reviews which raved about the food so we hoped we were in for a treat - these reviews overstated the food, in our opinion. We had a pleasant two course dinner with a bottle of good Mallorcan wine for a total of just over 100 Euros for two. The food was not historic, but it was fresh and tasty with some dishes prepared from ingredients from the estate's farm.

The Monnaber Nou is not a design hotel - in our view it could not be described as chic or stylish. The décor and furnishings are a mishmash of styles. It caters for lots of cyclists and family groups as it has excellent facilities. However, it was clean, quiet and good value.

50 nuances de vert :)
Pros:

Le lieu est exceptionnel ! Entouré d'oliviers, l'hôtel nous plonge dans un autre temps avec une vue aux 50 nuances de vert ;). La chambre que j'avais réservé n'était pas la meilleure, mais certainement la moins chère. Si j'y retourne un jour, j'opterai pour une chambre avec vue sur la campagne. Ça fait vraiment partie de l'expérience complète, je pense. Le personnel est aux petits soins, souriant, efficace... Le resto propose une très bonne cuisine, originale et variée (chaque soir un nouveau menu, très bon rapport qualité prix).

Il luogo è bellissimo, la stanza spaziosa, silenziosa e pulita. Il personale disponibile.
La colazione è buona. Non abbiamo usufruito della SPA perché purtroppo non abbiamo avuto il tempo di farlo, prediligendo l' esplorazione dell' isola.

Cons:

Mi è piaciuto tutto; forse, vista la tipologia di struttura, farei trovare agli ospiti dell' acqua in camera tutti i giorni.

Prachtig authentiek hotel in een mooie, rustige en groene omgeving. Het landgoed heeft een prachtige tuin met oa citroen en olijfbomen, echt vakantiegevoel. Lekker ontbijt en diner in het restaurant van het hotel met prachtig zicht over het landgoed. Heerlijke schone en rustige kamer met mooie uitzicht. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ideale locatie voor wandelingen en bezoek aan Pollenca en Alcudia. Wij komen zeker terug!

Cons:

Hele uitgebreide wellness waar we na een avontuurlijke dag in de bergen erg van genoten hebben. Echter sommige delen zijn aan vernieuwing toe.

The spa had a lot of the utilities closed. The jacuzzi worked as well as the pool but the sauna wasn't on and the shower/jets were also off. The gym facility was also closed

A hidden gem
Pros:

The hotel is tucked away in the hills and quite remote so probably best to eat on sight. The views are stunning and the 17th century finca itself is charming with beautiful decor, roaring fires and welcoming staff. There are lots of amenities for families like cycling,tennis and swimming. Highly recommended
