Quasiment aucun rangement pour les affaires.
Odeur des eaux usées dans la salle de bain + receveur qui s’écoule mal.

Fiquei no quarto do 1º piso , bom tamanho , porém mal aproveitado . No banheiro a pia fica dentro do box, não acho confortável . Não tem uma prateleira para colocar uma necessárie, um shampoo…
Falta um espelho no quarto , principalmente pois o único espelho que tem é na pia do banheiro , dentro do box , o piso fica molhado e impossibilita a entrada . São pequenas melhorias que fazem diferença!

Momento foi informado da possibilidade de ter escadas. Meu marido tem problema no s joelhos e não tivemos outra opção a não ser ficar no quarto que nos cocaram

No era un hotel. Eran simplemente habitaciones sin ningún servicio. Ni recepción ni espacios comunes. Llegamos y entramos con un código y no vimos a nadie durante la estancia. El baño muy justo, no había a penas jabón y las toallas muy desgastadas.

Es demasiado caro para no tener servicios y no hay donde dejar las cosas en el baño. Una simple estantería lo solucionaría. Además de que cada vez que me duchaba se encharcaba el suelo debajo del lavabo

No toiletries in one of the rooms and only soap in the other.

Because we had already paid in full we had to continue our 10 day stay in the ground floor Queen Suite.
The old website pictures do not reflect the current state. This below street level room was damp and smelt of mould when we arrived and that continued during our stay. The room had not been aired properly and even though sheets were changed during our stay they always felt damp. By the end of our stay our clothes felt damp.
Kettle and coffee machine were located in communal hall area.
Bathroom was style over function, showing signs of age. No toilet roll holder, or shelving at all - we had to use external courtyard window sill as the shelf. The backlit mirror was ineffective for actual day to day use. No toiletries supplied apart from a small glass bottle of something that could have been soap, shampoo, hand lotion (no label on bottle).
The courtyard - plants were so big they had outgrown the planter and reduced the small sitting area significantly. When we arrived one of the two mouldy 'director' type chairs was broken and the small table was also mouldy. (these were not the chairs and table in the website pictures). Old water sat in the plant pots and attracted flies.

The room is terribly humid (the bedding feels moist!), there was a kettle, but its spout was squashed, the pedal rubbish bin was broken, there were live wires poking out of the wall in the bathroom, the joins in the basin were mouldy, there was nowhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom, there was no staff on site.

There could be a kettle in the bedroom with 2 mugs.
