Pros:

El lloc és preciós, vistes espectaculars. Genial per parar enmig de la natura a mig camí entre Donostia i Bilbao. El menjar és boníssim, tot casolà. Els llits, comodíssims. Hotel molt bonic i rústic.

Cons:

Res, com a molt, per qui no estigui acostumat a això, esmentaria que a l’arribada pot ser que no hi hagi ningú a la recepció si s’arriba per la tarda, però et donen un codi per agafar la clau i tot genial.

Vistas fabulosas, resto de cosas me han decepcionado un poco

Destaco las vistas que nos parecieron fabulosas, la habitación era realmente espaciosa y las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno merece mucho la pena.

Cons:

A pesar de lo positivo de mi reseña, y una buena valoración en conjunto, me ha decepcionado un poco. El hotel y alrededores no está muy bien cuidado, está mantenido sin más, no cuidado. La habitación no estaba limpia del todo, había unas botellas de agua vacías en un armario que no habían recogido y algo más. Por otro lado, había bastante ruido para lo que se supone que es un sitio donde vas a buscar paz. Y no por parte de huéspedes, que eso no se puede controlar, si no por parte del hotel en algún momento. La atención también dejó un poco que desear, no fue una atención cálida. Y en la ducha de la habitación Urkiola se sale el agua.

Personne pour nous accueillir, pas vu le code non annoncé autre que par WhatsApp pas vu à réception, d,'ou difficulté pour rentrer.

Petite halte dans cet hôtel perdu dans la montagne.
Pros:

Un personnel très accueillant et serviable.
Pratique/rapide récupération des clés par code à l'entrée de l’hôtel.
L'Hôtel est perdu dans la montagne dans la nature peu de construction aux alentours.
Le petit déjeuner est fait maison, copieux et extra !
Chambre et salle de bains spacieuse.

Cons:

Avant d'arriver à l'hôtel passage par le centre ville plutôt sinistre mais heureusement l’hôtel est en retrait dans la montagne avec un beau cadre.
Les balcons sont séparés mais il n'y a pas de brise vue.
Chambre un peu sombre.

Ein toller Blick aus der Unterkunft und die abendliche Stille. Großzügige Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffett war sehr reichlich und gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt zeimlich ab vom Schuss. Wenn man abends gut essen gehen möche, muss man einige km fahren. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis der Unterkunft ist nur durchschnittlich.

Noche calurosa en Mallavia
Pros:

Muy buen desayuno con repostería de elaboración propia y con variedad de frutas, fiambres y quesos. Acceso al hotel por un portón con código y self check-in para el ingreso a la habitación. Parking dentro del mismo hotel, sin necesidad de reserva, ni costo adicional. El hotel cuenta con grupo electrógeno para el caso de corte de energía eléctrica, cosa que ocurrió durante la mañana de nuestro check-out. Responsable de recepción muy amable.

Cons:

Nos alojamos en Agosto y fue un mes muy caluroso, por lo que en la habitación se sentía el calor aun durante la noche. Esto lo habíamos previsto 2 meses antes, solicitando al momento de la reserva la posibilidad de tener un ventilador, lo que fue denegado por el establecimiento, aún teniendo tiempo para comprarlo y tenerlo a disposición de los huéspedes.
Conclusión: Sin aire acondicionado ni ventilador para mitigar el calor.

Clean room, perfect shower

No personal contact, we didn't see anyone and couldn't ask any questions. There was nothing to eat, and restaurants were far away (much further away than stated in the description).
