Dobra lokalizacja bo blisko do plaży i metra.
Poważne podejście do wniesionej skargi i oferta zmiany pokoju plus rekompensata w formie darmowego lunchu.

Na bookingu nie udziela sie informacji ze pokoj jest w niskim standardzie jesli chodzi o wygodność, np miękkość poduszek albo wygodność materaca, i usytuowany na pietrze gdzie ze względu na cene rezerwują osoby bez moralnego zachowania, hałasujące w nocy.
Pokoj z balkonem bez nsałonecznienia.
Personel niełaskawy zaoferować coś lepszego bez ostrzejszych argumentów.

Pros:

Le personnel étaient agréable et sympathique.

Cons:

Nous avons réservé une chambre vu sur piscine que nous n’avons pas eu. Il été marqué qu’un parking privé été disponible, au final il ne l’était pas et on a du payé pour que notre voiture soit dans un autre parking. On a fait une réservation à demi-pension, malheureusement l’eau ne faisait pas partie des repas donc à chaque soif il fallait payé une bouteille d’eau en plus.

At the ages of 47 and having travelled extensively, the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
Pros:

There was nothing that I like about the hotel and nothing about the property, facilities or service supported it being a 4 star hotel as advertised.

Cons:

Even after asking for my room to be changed (the first not being clean and overlooking construction work), the room was small, dated, uncomfortable bed and the walls were so thin (poor quality) you could hear every sound from the rooms and hall.

I had breakfast included in my rate, I tried it the first morning but the quality of the food, coffee, juices were so bad (with no flavor) highly processed, I could not eat it and would not go back to eat on the 2nd or 3rd mornings

The pool was closed in the evening so could not be used and there were no available loungers in the morning for the number of guests.

The staff seemed oberwhelmed and there was the appearance of a general lack of experience.

Ein Hotel mit verlorenem Standard.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage.

Cons:

Im Vergleich zum vorigen Jahr ist das Hotel nicht mehr zu empfehlen. Überlagertes Hotel mit ständig wechselden vorwiegend Seniorenreisegruppen. Bei All inclusiv bekam das Kind kein Eis, oder keinen Milkshake. Überlastetes Personal. Schlangenbildungen von bis zu 20 Personen vor den Ausgaben. Essen war knapp wegen zu vielen Personen die bedient werden sollten. Gläser und Flaschen wurden nicht mehr abgeräumt. Tische waren verschmutzt.

Cons:

Que no encontré tumbona para tomar el sol estaban todas ocupadas con toallas..
Al final tuve que ir a la últimas piscinas de D Pablo y ahí encontré una libre.
