We would definitely recommend this hotel, especially due to the staff running it and working there.
Pros:

We chose this hotel because it was on our route to southern Spain and was pet friendly and had secure parking. We were met in reception with extreme patience and helpfulness, especially concerning parking our car safely and how to retrieve it early the following morning. We ate in restaurant which was very pet friendly and staffed by very kind and helpful people. The food was very good.

Cons:

The only thing that I found was the pillows were a bit too hard for me.

Ok for a night.
Pros:

Central with couple of restaurants and bars around but not noisy during the night.

Cons:

We had booked a room with a double bed but received a twin room (supposedly no more double beds available) which was problematic because our child sleeps in bed with us - hence a single bed is little space for two people.
Also one should know a bit of Spanish because the staff doesn’t speak any English.

Pros:

Ideale Lage für Besuch von San Sebastian und Bilbao, da nah vom Bahnhof mit S-Bahn. Personal sehr hilfsbereit, auch wenn man am Nachmittag zur Zeit der geschlossenen Reception anreist. Garagenplatz für Motorrad gleich um die Ecke.
