Perfecto y cómodo.
Pros:

Todo super limpio y bien colocado, daba gusto estar allí.

Cons:

Lo único que pedí si podía ser una cama doble y tuvimos dos camas individuales. Pasamos un poquiiiiito de calor, pero nada del otro mundo.

Pros:

La habitación, limpia y moderna wifi, se cambia sábanas y toallas todos los días con la limpieza de la habitación.
La situación es perfecta para descansar y en nuestro caso salir a la montaña

Cons:

El calor con la humedad este año ha sido más alta de lo normal y vendría bien el aire acondicionado, tienen un ventilador que se queda corto.
Es raro pero en el norte cada vez hace más calor

Buena ubicación para visitar el País Vasco
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, en el centro, sin problema de aparcamiento. el hotel tiene cafetería donde ofrecen desayunos muy buenos. También tiene restaurante con carta variada y de calidad. Destacar la amabilidad y disposición del personal y sobre todo la limpieza.

L’emplacement, la propreté de l’hôtel et l’accueil

Cons:

Pas de Clim un simple ventilateur il faisait extrêmement chaud dans la chambre avec un bébé de 15 mois

Bien pero.. camas a mejorar
Pros:

Habitación amplia y muy limpia. Cada dia pasaban a hacernos la habitación y dejaban amenitis en el baño.
Buenas vistas y ubicación. Posibilidad de buen desayuno en la cafeteria del hotel. Personal amable

Cons:

Camas muy incómodas. Colchones de muelles que se clavan mucho. No descansamos nada bien durante toda la estancia.
A parte cada dia sobre las 5,30 de la mañana se encendia el extractor del baño solo, haciendo bastante ruido. Ruido de gente a esas horas también por el pasillo de nuestra habitación.

Pros:

Certes la chambre est spacieuse et très propre mais la fonction première d'un hôtel de dormir... et pas de climatisation ok mais le ventilateur fait beaucoup de bruit et la fenêtre donne sur un rond point donc on ne peut pas dormir.

Cons:

Le bruit du ventilateur alors que c'est dans les commentaires depuis longtemps (ça existe les silencieux), le prix du parking (16,50) et l'absence de petit déjeuner inclus. Donc 134 euros la nuit pour ne pas dormir.

Très décevant
Pros:

Chambre propre et spacieuse. Bien équipé : nécessaire de toilette (brosse à dent, dentifrice, rasoir,...), grands placards, petit frigo, petit coffre fort,...

Cons:

L hotel etait fermé à notre arrivée (14h30), il a fallu qu un client en terrasse aille chercher la personne dans le restaurant en contrebas. La personne nous a ouvert avec un accueil asez froid. Après un véritable interrogatoire (remplissage d un questionnaire copie des cartes d identité,...) nous avons enfin pu accéder à la chambre. Contrairement au descriptif, l hôtel n a pas de parking, vous pouvez vous garer dans la rue derrière l hotel (emplacement bleu gratuit et limité à 3h sinon plus loin dans la rue emplacement libre si vous trouvez). Il n y a pas non plus de clim, seulement un petit ventilateur très bruyant donc impossible à laisser tourner la nuit. Impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte car les rues sont très bruyantes. Très compliqué donc de dormir à cause de la chaleur ! Et à ça vous rajoutez des matelas très inconfortables (dur comme du béton), bref une nuit horrible.

Le bruit de la rue et du train. Absence de clim et donc fenêtre ouverte en pleine ville...
Le ventilateur ne suffit pas et est relativement bruyant.
Absence se petit dejeuner, se servir au café, bar du bas.
