El personal sin duda lo mejor, la limpieza se destaca.

Cons:

Mucho ruido, tanto de la carretera como en las instalaciones, instalaciones con mucho tiempo sin actualizar, para una noche de paso cumple.

Me dio pena ver el abandono y el mal servicio de un establecimiento situado tan cerca de Madrid.

La atención del personal fue desagradable: muy antipática la recepcionista y también el camarero de la barra. Para ser justa, el chico que atendía las habitaciones fue muy atento, aunque el carro de la lencería daba pena.

De entrada, en la habitación nos sorprendió ver que no había ni armario ni barra para colgar la ropa. Las sábanas tenían manchas. Las toallas eran viejas y estaban sin felpa. El baño no disponía de alfombra para cuando sales de la ducha. Además, solo había un rollo de papel higiénico y estaba a medias; es decir, era el que habían dejado otros clientes. Había escobilleo, pero sin escobilla.
La habitación disponía de una gran terraza, sucia, con una mesa pelada y oxidada y dos sillas.
La presencia de la repostería que incluía el desayuno, era muy poco apetitosa.
