Important information:

Due to environmental reasons, in the event of water supply restrictions, it is not possible to use the bathtub, and in this unique case, there would be no compensation because the showers can still be used as usual.

In the event of a water supply cut, only the amount paid will be refunded.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 15 per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed.

Breakfast is available for an extra charge:
Adult: EUR 25 per adult.
Child aged 0–7 years: EUR 10.

Reservations are required for dinner in advance via telephone or WhatsApp.

Please note that pets must be kept on a lead while in public areas of the property.

Early checkin and late checkout is charge a 10 Eur per hour.

Please be aware that smoking is prohibited inside the rooms.

Also, hairdryers need to be requested on front desk.

A gem in the rough.
Pros:

Don’t judge a book by its cover: It doesn’t look much like a castle from the outside. Once inside, however, once you learn about the historical background and you can see the references- the picture changes. The inside reflects the history not in a luxurious way but in a real way. The garden is an asset. The attention of the owners to their clients additionally make a difference! The cherry on the cake was the cooking of bosse’s wife: Great cooking on a star level.

Cons:

The surrounding of the property is a deterrent, but keep on searching.

Pros:

chambre plutôt spacieuse, calme, baignoire ET grande douche. très grand lit confortable. beaucoup de prises électriques, wifi ok et facile a connecter, au petit dejeuner, machine à café moderne et délivrant un très bon café avec des réglages multiples, plutot sympa. Petit déjeuner varié, même s'il y avait quelques manques, comme des oeufs, ou la fin du jambon cru, le reste etait a volonté et globalement bien bon. Le propriétaire est très loquace pour expliquer son lieu et sa région et demander une bonne note.

Cons:

la propreté générale de la chambre (traces de peinture sur la porte, poussière) et l'usure de certains équipements comme un tapis bien élimé ou des robinets très entartrés (impossible par exemple de se servir de la pomme de douche supérieure qui giclait partout), odeur fétide d'eau usée dans la salle de bains et lavabo qui a du mal a couler (c'est surement lié). carrelage de salle de bains un peu glissant, pas de barre pour suspendre les cintres dans l'armoire. Et enfin, pour moi qui ai du mal a marcher, deux étages par un escalier bien raide et bien haut et pas de wc pour la salle de restaurant, il faut remonter dans la chambre ... Vu sur la coopérative agricole locale et ce qui ressemble à une grande aire de battage en carreaux de ciment, donc un look un peu plus industrielo-agricole que franchement médiéval comme pourrait le laisser penser les photos du site. Que des petits détails, en fait mais vu le prix de la chambre, ça ne colle pas (199€ avec deux petits dejs). Enfin améliorer la signalisation de l’hôtel serait positif, car , sans demander par message spécial, l'adresse indiquée envoie de l'autre coté des bâtiments et il n'y a aucun panneau qui indique l'entrée.
Un point qui peut avoir son importance pour certains : pas de télé dans la chambre. Pour ma part ça ne me dérange pas

So ein altes Schloss hat schon seinen Charakter und die Leute darin machen es nochmals sehr interessant

Cons:

Der Anfallsplan war schlecht. Die GPS Koordinaten, die im Booking hinterlegt sind, stimmt nicht.

An excellent overnight stay leaving us refreshed for the next day
Pros:

We were made really welcome by the owners. Had a lovely dinner & slept well in an extremely comfy bed. Daniel gave us lots of interesting info about the castle.

Cons:

If you are someone of limited mobility the stairs could be problematic
