Pros:

Staff is very helpful and welcoming. The location is very good and the cleanliness of the whole hotel

Cons:

The hot water in the shower is tricky, either too cold or too hot. We struggled to set up a good temperature

Perfect location, wonderful staff and a comfortable stay
Pros:

Fantastic location. Staff were so so friendly and very accommodating. Free champagne and sweets for the kids on reception to guests which was a lovely bonus and the rooftop bar was brilliant. We also clocked a family checking out and they offered a cuddly toy to the kids which was a lovely added extra. Room was exceptionally clean and we got given a free upgrade when we asked for a balcony. The rituals hand wash and toiletries were an added bonus as this is one of my favourite brands. Bed was also comfortable given that I have back and shoulder issues. Would not hesitate to book here again if we come back and have already recommended this place to friends

Cons:

Only negative comment we could give was that one night we went to the rooftop bar for a quick drink before heading out and there was only one lady working taking orders and making drinks. We waited for 15/20 minutes and no one still came over despite us asking to order. Wasn’t the lady’s fault but maybe just need more staff working on a Saturday night.

Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding. The rooftop bar and view of the cathedral was excellent. We loved the location - could walk to so many places, and just wander around the Gothic Quarter and the Born area. Comfortable chairs in the lobby.

Minunat hotel
Pros:

Un hotel minunat din toate punctele de vedere. În primul rând locația: în imediata vecinătate a Catedralei Sfintei Cruci și a Sfintei Eulalia; la 10 minute de mers pe jos pînă la stația de Aerobus (care duce către aeroport) din Piața Catalunya; alături de hotel sunt cafenele și restaurante bune și Carrefour.
Camera cosy: pat confortabil, multe accesorii de igienă, 2 sticle de apă gratuite, plus minibar cu plată, cleaning impecabil în fiecare zi. Deși strada în care dădea geamul nostru era destul de agitată seara, oricum cînd închideai geamul nu se auzea gălăgie, plus mai aveau taparele și draperii blackout. Așa că am dormit foarte liniștit.
