Me confundí al hacer la reserva y cogí una noche de mas. Cuando me percate del error en el establecimiento me dijeron que booking no dejaba modificar. En la app si había la opción y fue booking quien me dijo que era el establecimiento el que no quería. Pague una noche de mas solo porque no quisieron. No me gustan esas cosas. No volveré

Schimmel am Silikon der Fensterbank. Die Kloschlüssel ist so weit in der Ecke dass man beim kacken das Gesicht im Waschbecken hat. Das Badezimmer ist abnormal klein. Niemand spricht Englisch. Nur Spanisch.

Not our usual stay here.
Pros:

We’ve always liked alto paramo. However, during the recent heat wave. There was no fan, no ac the heat in the room was oppressive. Buy some fans and place them into the rooms so those in the rooms don’t suffer needlessly

Cons:

Trascurata la pulizia, soprattutto delle parti esterne e p dove dava l' impressione di sporco e vecchio( tettoie piene di sporcizia e davanzale della mia finestra ricoperto da escrementi di uccelli incrostato e dunque orsetti da lungo tempo) e tavoli della sala bar/ pranzo con uno strato di grasso sopra.
Mancanza di comodità come ad esempio un Phone in stanza che ho dovuto chiedere e un posto per stendere qualche indumento che un pellegrino deve lavare.
