Pros:

Härlig takbar med pool. Bra service med frukost tidigt (innan öppning) pga tidigt flyg. Trevlig receptionspersonall och i baren.

Cons:

Glasvägg mellan toa och rum.

Pros:

Very clean, lovely reception and bar / lounge area. Location is perfect. The rooftop is lovely.

Cons:

Disappointed that the rooftop bar closed so early each evening, stopping serving before 6.30pm. It would be an amazing twilight space. Not very happy that they wanted to charge €3.50 a day for the room safe! I have NEVER been charged for a room safe before!
Also, there is no sauna and steam room at the hotel, despite it being listed as part of the hotel facilities.

No cot after confirmation one would be provided
Pros:

The breakfast was satisfactory.

Cons:

I had pre-arranged a cot for my 1yo (back in Feb)!and was told on arrival at the hotel (9pm), facilities had not provided a cot and that no staff were available to obtain one. No alternative options or compensation was offered for the inconvenience.

This resulted in me having to push the bed up against the wall and sleep at an angle to ensure my son's safety.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed by the experience and the lack of empathy and organisation shown from the hotel staff.

Prijs-kwaliteit zeer in orde.
Pros:

Mooi, groot hotel vlakbij het strand. De kamer was in orde, we hadden een zijdelings zicht op de zee/haven. Prachtige rooftop met zicht op zee. Beneden is er een leuk terras vlakbij de Boulevard. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De faciliteiten kunnen maar nipt de hoeveelheid gasten aan. Zo zat het restaurant tijdens het ontbijt zo goed als vol. Ook aan de rooftop moet je snel zijn om een ligbed te bemachtigen. Er staan wel heel wat 'Balinese bedden' die veel plaats innemen, maar dus ook betalend zijn. Dat is een beetje jammer.

Pros:

Tetőterasz 😍 Kilátás gyönyörű. Reggeli, vacsora rendben volt.

Cons:

Junior lakosztályt foglaltunk, a matrac nagyon kényelmetlen, jó nagy lyuk volt a közepén 🙄 Tusolás közben mindenki vigyázzon, egyszer tűz forró, egyszer jég hideg víz jön. Tisztaság nem 4 csillagos 🫤

Leider habe ich mich nicht wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Die große Auswahl beim Frühstück ist postiv zu erwähnen. Leider musste man schon um 7.30 Uhr pünktlich erscheinen , um einen Sitzplatz ohne Warteschlage zu bekommen. Leider waren dieSpeisen fad bis gar nicht gewürzt.
Freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Der Zimmersafe sollte 3,50 € pro Tag kosten. ( 28 Euro für 8 Tage!)
Nach 2 Tagen und 3 Hausmeisterbesuchen lief dann auch der Fernseher. Wenig Programme.
Die schmalen Einzelbetten, ließen sich nicht zu einem großen Bett zusammenbauen. Rollen !
Keine Decken, nur Laken....unhygienisch!
Die Fenster/Balkontür konnte man kaum öffnen, denn auf den Nebenbalkonen wurde geraucht.
In Can Pastilla ist der Geruch von Kerosin stark wahzuznehmen.
Die verglaste Dusche war unndicht. Das gesamte Bad stand nach dem Duschen unter Wasser.
Kein Kleenex oder Hygienebeutel im Bad.
Um den MIetwagen zu parken, musste man bis zu 1,5 km laufen.
