Pros:

L'hôtel a une situation très pratique en face d'une plage plutôt chouette et à 15 minutes seulement de l'aéroport. Les équipements sont bien et la propreté bien respectée, on peut privatiser la sauna gratuitement et la piscine sur le rooftop offre une belle vue avec des transats confortables.

Cons:

Pour le prix payé, la qualité et la diversité du buffet pourraient être améliorées, elle était la même voire inférieure à un hôtel 3 étoiles low cost. La plage en face n'a pas de transats et pour avoir une serviette de plage il faut la louer à 15 euros.
J'ai eu également un cas assez désagréable où le personnel de la réception a fait un faut manoeuvre et est entré dans ma chambre à minuit passé (quand je dormais déjà) avec des gens qui cherchaient une nouvelle chambre. Suite à cela, ma carte ne marchait plus pour retourner dans ma chambre donc j'ai du descendre à la réception deux fois et, après tout cela, aucune compensation ne m'a été proposée avant que je demande le lendemain matin. Ce genre d'épisode ne devrait pas arriver dans un hôtel 4 étoiles où l'on paye 150 euros la nuit et, si cela arrive, un protocole de solution plus carré est attendu.

Pros:

Mi è piaciuto tutto: la posizione dell'hotel frontemare, lo staff sempre gentilissimo, la camera con terrazzo. Nota di merito alla colazione: favolosa! Abbiamo anche provato la cena una sera (non era compresa nel nostro soggiorno e l'abbiamo pagata a parte) e siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti perché era tutto buonissimo. Le piscine presenti nella struttura erano spesso piene, ci sono forse troppi pochi lettini, però a pochi passi dall'hotel c'è la spiaggia pubblica quindi in assenza di posti liberi in piscina si può scegliere la spiaggia. A circa 300mt dall'hotel si può prendere l'autobus per il centro di Palma, comodissimo. Vicino all'hotel ci sono tanti ristoranti o bar dove gustare buonissimi piatti. Sono stati giorni davvero indimenticabili, e ci tornerei di sicuro. Grazie di tutto!

Cons:

Il bagno in camera era cieco e senza aspirazione. Inoltre era separato dalla stanza solo da un vetro opaco. Poca privacy può rovinare l'atmosfera. Avrei preferito sapere questi dettagli al momento della prenotazione e non al mio arrivo.

Great convenient place to stay near airport
Pros:

Property is clean, very close to airport and has a beach nearby. Staff are helpful and kind.

Cons:

Noise from outside - possibly other guests in pool area after midnight or even non-guests in the neighbourhood kept me up at night. Not the hotel’s fault but I guess windows need soundproofing.

Es gab ein großes Frühstücksbuffet und man ist gleich an der Promenade.

Cons:

Das Personal war nicht sehr aufmerksam und eher desorientiert gegenüber dem Gast. :/

Baby sleeping in stroller the whole night and personnel could not care less

Cons:

My 2-year old daughter had to sleep in her stroller the whole night. We arrived late at night and the personnel could not provide a baby bed.

I tried suggesting alternatives myself to them, just to avoid the baby not having any place to sleep, but they stuck to their point and did not provide any solutions. I would have been ready to pay more for a larger room or an additional mattress, just so that the baby gets more space. As expected, the night was afterwards very long with very less sleep.

Helt ok ställe med närhet till både strand, restauranger och buss.
Pros:

Bodde enbart 2 nätter.
Frukosten var ok, poolområde var bra. Hade ett fint rum med utsikt mot stranden. Gymmet var mer ett litet rum med några hantlar och cyklar, så inget speciellt för dem som är träningssugen.

Cons:

Då mitt flyg gick tidigt behövde jag beställa frukost. Blev inte tillfrågad om vad jag önskade, så tänkte att det skulle vara lite av varje. blev dock besviken då det enbart var 2 st toastbröd, lite ost, korv och ett äpple. Mkt knapert, så det kunde de ha gjort mkt bättre med tanke på kostnaden för frukost.
