Pros:

The staff were helpful. Once it has been established I couldn't stay there, they helped me find another hotel!

Cons:

The staff told me they couldn't register me! I had booking confirmation will in advance, but when I arrived I was informed they were unable to register a foreigner.

Even to find the hotel, in the first place, was difficult. I got to the street but the photos were out of date and the landmarks had changed. Not even locals knew we this was. Google maps were inaccurate.
