We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Moon, which is also called Fairyland Hotel (all the physical signs and neons are "Fairyland Hotel"). Mark and Lily were exceptionally kind and helpful, as were all the hotel staff. You never get tired of the incredible views from the infinity pool at the 7th floor. We had a huge room. The beds and pillows were so comfy. The shower was a blessing too; it's such a treat to refresh yourself after a hot day outside. Try the hotel's beer fish and do rent a scooter for a 20-minute drive to the Ruyi peak cable car area; stunning panoramic views!
The food is a bit overpriced. Proper coffee at breakfast comes with an additional charge.
We are delighted: the hotel's location, the cleanliness of the room, the view from the windows, the staff service—everything is simply excellent. We recommend it to everyone.

La ubicación es ideal, está un poco apartado del meollo pero alquilando una scooter o un un didi, estas en muy pocos minutos de Yangshuo, aunque la paz del lugar y los alrededores, superan con creces a Yangshuo. La habitación es muy amplia, moderna, bonita y limpia, y las vistas preciosas. Las instalaciones del hotel también son geniales, sobretodo la piscina en el último piso, con unas vistas impresionantes. La comida estaba riquísima, y el desayuno lo voy a echar mucho de menos, estaba muy bueno y muy completo. Y por último, y para mi lo más importante, el personal es encantador y te hace sentir como en casa. Siempre pendientes de lo que necesitas. Súper amables y con una sonrisa y buenas palabras siempre, y además, te recomiendan planes para hacer o rutas con la scooter. Un alojamiento de 10!

Очень чисто, свежий ремонт, предлагают каждый день уборку. Персонал крайне услужлив и готов решить любой вопрос. Рада знакомству с хозяином отеля, он дружелюбен и создает прекрасную атмосферу гостеприимства, хорошо общается по-английски и дал нам много полезной информации. Расположено в спокойном месте в 6км от центра города. Рядом нет кафе и магазинов, но рядом можно снять велосипед или байк, а такси до центра стоит совсем недорого. В этой стороне находится канатная дорога и другие пункты для посещения.
Mark and all the staff at the hotel were amazing. They were incredibly attentive and always available to help with recommendations and anything we needed during our stay. They kindly helped me organise flowers and a cake for our anniversary, which made the occasion even more special.The room is big, has beautiful views and the bed its soooo comfortable, we slept very well! Everything is spotless.
The food was delicious, and the entire team made us feel like part of the family. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay. The staff go above and beyond to ensure that guests have a wonderful experience and truly enjoy their time there.

Amazing stay with unique cultural activities! Morning Tai Chi with mountain views, afternoon Chinese painting & calligraphy lessons, plus a detailed tea art experience. Lovely quiet location with stunning Yangshuo landscape, friendly service and tidy rooms. Great choice for travellers interested in traditional Chinese culture.

From the moment I booked Lanshan Moon Resort, the butler provided efficient and thoughtful service right away, introducing nearby attractions and all hotel services in detail. The hotel offers much cheaper tickets for Yangshuo scenic spots than online platforms, including Impression Sanjie Liu and Ruyi Peak cable car. They also helped us rent electric scooters at only 40 yuan per day and designed a beautiful countryside riding route along the Yulong River. The daily breakfast buffet is incredibly abundant, and the freshly brewed Americano coffee (20 yuan per cup) is absolutely delicious. The hotel’s dining options are outstanding, from their signature beer fish and crispy roast chicken to freshly baked pizza and homemade afternoon tea cakes. The cooking class, rock climbing, calligraphy and painting courses, as well as the Tai Chi class taught by a local master, were all amazing experiences. The sunset view from the 7th floor is absolutely breathtaking.
The overall experience was absolutely perfect and exceeded all my expectations. There is nothing I can think of that needs improvement.

We were definitely a bit disappointed by our stay at Lanshan Moon Resort. Firstly, from when we first arrived, we didn't experience the most friendly welcome and we weren't given much information about the activities in the area. Therefore, we booked activities independently but were then later told that it would have been cheaper to book through the hotel.
We asked for our room to be cleaned multiple times but the beds were never made, only fresh towels were given.
The breakfast is average, and you have to pay extra for a proper coffee. There was even one night we weren't able to get any food so asked the hotel if they had any food but they didn't have anything, not even a little snack.
There was also building work from 8am and we would also say it does look a little different from the pictures.
Overall, fantastic location and has the potential to be an amazing place but we believe it does need some improvements to achieve "exceptional" and more attention to detail.

Really enjoyed our stay! The view from our room was amazing. Bed super big and comfy and hotel very clean. Staff were lovely, so friendly and accommodating.
Location was a bit far out but worth it for view. Only downside needing to take taxi for food with no immediate restaurants or shops in walking distance..
The location is amazing amongst the Karst mountains and steps away from the 10 Mile Gallery. Mark, Alice and Jake (and the girls) create this amazing experience. The rooms are full of technology with a project screen, voices activated drapes, lights, sound system. We would love to come back and highly recommend you book this hotel.
