From the moment I booked Lanshan Moon Resort, the butler provided efficient and thoughtful service right away, introducing nearby attractions and all hotel services in detail. The hotel offers much cheaper tickets for Yangshuo scenic spots than online platforms, including Impression Sanjie Liu and Ruyi Peak cable car. They also helped us rent electric scooters at only 40 yuan per day and designed a beautiful countryside riding route along the Yulong River. The daily breakfast buffet is incredibly abundant, and the freshly brewed Americano coffee (20 yuan per cup) is absolutely delicious. The hotel’s dining options are outstanding, from their signature beer fish and crispy roast chicken to freshly baked pizza and homemade afternoon tea cakes. The cooking class, rock climbing, calligraphy and painting courses, as well as the Tai Chi class taught by a local master, were all amazing experiences. The sunset view from the 7th floor is absolutely breathtaking.
The overall experience was absolutely perfect and exceeded all my expectations. There is nothing I can think of that needs improvement.

We were definitely a bit disappointed by our stay at Lanshan Moon Resort. Firstly, from when we first arrived, we didn't experience the most friendly welcome and we weren't given much information about the activities in the area. Therefore, we booked activities independently but were then later told that it would have been cheaper to book through the hotel.
We asked for our room to be cleaned multiple times but the beds were never made, only fresh towels were given.
The breakfast is average, and you have to pay extra for a proper coffee. There was even one night we weren't able to get any food so asked the hotel if they had any food but they didn't have anything, not even a little snack.
There was also building work from 8am and we would also say it does look a little different from the pictures.
Overall, fantastic location and has the potential to be an amazing place but we believe it does need some improvements to achieve "exceptional" and more attention to detail.

Really enjoyed our stay! The view from our room was amazing. Bed super big and comfy and hotel very clean. Staff were lovely, so friendly and accommodating.
Location was a bit far out but worth it for view. Only downside needing to take taxi for food with no immediate restaurants or shops in walking distance..
The location is amazing amongst the Karst mountains and steps away from the 10 Mile Gallery. Mark, Alice and Jake (and the girls) create this amazing experience. The rooms are full of technology with a project screen, voices activated drapes, lights, sound system. We would love to come back and highly recommend you book this hotel.

Отличный отель. Пусть вас не пугает некоторая удаленность от центра, на такси до Яншо 20мин и 20 юаней. Но в этот муравейник можно прокатиться разве что разок, чтобы погулять по West Street и поужинать. Все остальные туристические локации находятся именно здесь, в районе отеля.
Сам отель новый.Очень современный, хозяин Марк сделал "умный дом". Голосовое управление, правда, на китайском, поэтому нам пришлось пользоваться пультом для управления всей технической начинкой. "Умный " электронный унитаз впечатлил! Но самое главное - это панорамные окна с потрясающим видом! Фото, представленные в букинге, не преукрашены. Действительность даже лучше! Кроме того, все в номере, от постельного белья до банной косметики, высокого качества. Это чувствуется в деталях.
И еще немаловажная деталь для европейского туриста - Марк хорошо говорит на английском и готов помогать в любых мелочах. Быстро отвечает в переписке, если есть вопросы. Готов помочь советом и решить практически любую вашу проблему! Персонал тоже очень доброжелателен.
Несмотря на красивый дизайнерский ремонт, в номере не помешали бы крючки в районе ванной. Нет ни одного....некуда повесить полотенце и одежду.
