Really nice hotel, nice facilities

Cons:

The pool during the day, the music was a bit flat and boring. I understand that it needs to be tailored to all, but some more upbeat tunes towards the afternoon would have been nice!

Good location, Ibiza style, nice hosts
Pros:

The hotel is quite relaxed and set for your Ibiza trip; late breakfasts and shower facilities after check-out help a lot. The proximity to the town is a big plus.

Cons:

In all fairness, the hotel hosts a large number of guests and the communal facilities like the pool area seem oversaturated at times. The upgrade for the VIP section is also quite expensive. We preferred to enjoy our time on the beach next to it in peace.

Perfekt unfassbar schön

Uns hat im Twiins Ibiza Hotel einfach alles gefallen. Das Hotel ist modern, sehr sauber und hat eine tolle Atmosphäre. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker, die Zimmer waren komfortabel und gepflegt, und die Lage ist ideal.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Aquiles an der Rezeption. Er war von Anfang an unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Egal, wobei wir Unterstützung brauchten, er hat sich immer Zeit genommen und uns bestens geholfen. Dank ihm haben wir uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt perfekt und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an Aquiles er war der beste mittarbeiter ich fand ihn den besten mittarbeiter❤️ PS: Aquiles danke dir für alles du bist eifach sympathisch und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Besonders gefallen haben uns der Whirlpool und die wunderschöne Aussicht. Der Whirlpool war perfekt zum Entspannen und die Aussicht war einfach traumhaft – vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang. Außerdem war die Unterkunft sehr sauber, modern und komfortabel, sodass wir unseren Aufenthalt rundum genießen konnten.
