Will happily stay here again!
Pros:

The food was superb - and we eat mostly plantbased and vegetarian options. There was good variety and vegan protein each day. We could always find a deck chair no matter what time we went to the pool. The rooms are beautiful and we loved the entertainment.

Cons:

There was nothing we did not like.

Extrem laut durch Lage in Einflugschneise Flughafen und Straße auf der anderen Seite.
Leider konnte man nur mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen

Pool was great
Staff was super friendly, in particular Denise at guest services and Mercedes with the bar service team. Denise was super helpful and gave us lots of good tips for the area. She also gave us a bottle of cava to celebrate my friend and mine 30th friendship anniversary. Such a lovely and touching thing to do.
Mercedes always had a smile on her face, remembered our drinks and came around often to keep us well looked after.
Would definitely come again.

A lovely stay
Pros:

Rosa and I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the room was comfortable and the location was very convenient for getting around. A special thank you to Luca, the receptionist, who helped us so much from the moment we arrived and made us feel truly at home. We really appreciated his kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay.

It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in
Pros:

Only the swimming pool and the area around it were good

Cons:

The staff were so rude with us and the policy of the hotel is the worst ever, either you have all inclusive or you will pay extra 15 Euros for any room service, they charge for ice!! The room doesn’t have a coffee machine the bathroom has no kit at all. I am so confused how this hotel has 4 stars rate! The A/C is barely can cool the room because it goes off whenever you leave the room and it takes forever to cool it down. It was such a bad experience for us.
