El trato del personal fue maravilloso.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó es que al dar a la carretera había mucho ruido y no podíamos abrir la ventana. Teníamos que elegir entre el ruido o pasar calor.

Pros:

Les chambres sont spacieuses, le personnel est très sympathique et nous avons bien mangé au restaurant.

Cons:

C’est assez mal insonorisé, on entend ce qu’il se passe dans le couloir et dans les chambres mitoyennes.

Estancia buena aunque mejorable
Pros:

La amabilidad de Olatz y su compañera, la habitación es amplia y dispone de un ventilador de techo para cuando hace calor, y una nevera pequeña. La limpieza es buena. Hay ascensor y se aparca con facilidad. El desayuno es muy variado.

Cons:

Las almohadas son muy finas. Nuestra habitación situada en la tercera planta daba a la carretera principal que atraviesa la localidad, por lo que al abrir la ventana por la noche se oía el tráfico sobre todo a partir de las 6 de la mañana, y aunque cierres la ventana también se oye. Sería recomendable insonorizarla

El estado de las habitaciones era impecable, no se puede pedir nada más. Limpieza perfecta, instalaciones perfectas, desayuno perfecto. Y aunque no tienen aire acondicionado, no lo necesitas con los ventiladores de techo en cada habitación, silenciosos y prácticos.

Almohadas muy finas y suelo sin limpiar bien.
Cons:

Habitación con pelos y suciedad por el suelo, como si no la hubiesen limpiado.
Las almohadas de las camas como si no tuviesen, finas como el papel.
La cama y la habitacion bien, esos puntos a mejorar.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Mitarbeiter waren total freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war super! Frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen und Kaffee!

Pros:

El hotel se encuentra un poco en las afueras, muy cerca del Santuario de Loiola. De todos modos, se puede ir andando a todas partes y el centro de la ciudad se encuentra a escasos cinco minutos a pie. Lugar muy tranquilo, con un trato muy cercano y familiar por parte del personal.
