Hemos pasado una semana increíble. No tenemos ni un pero. La habitación increíble, espaciosa y con un balcón muy grande también. La zona de la piscina está muy bien y los toboganes para niños son geniales. No es un hotel para nada masificado, por lo menos no es lo que nosotros hemos vivido, y eso que hemos venido a mediados de Julio. Si que había gente, pero se estaba tranquilo. En toda la semana no hemos tenido problemas para encontrar hamacas, jamás me ha pasado bajar a las 9 a la piscina y tener hamacas libres, pues aquí si. Todo el personal es maravilloso, empezando por limpieza, recepción, camareros, cocineros, restaurante, socorristas, fotógrafos, animación.. Siempre atentos, con una sonrisa y muy amables. La animación está genial, lo hemos pasado muy bien, durante la noche hay mini disco para los niños y después actividades diferentes como bingo, magos... Me gustaría destacar la amabilidad sobretodo de Ernesto, siempre intentando animar e incluyendonos en las actividades. También Espe, Noldys, Veronika y Nicolle, muy simpáticas. Los camareros geniales también. La comida aunque con poca variedad, estaba buenísima, que es lo más importante de todo. La zona del snack bar es muy completo, con hamburguesas, perritos, patatas, nuggets, fruta, dulces, helados.. El bar de la piscina es un plus ya que puedes descasar un poco a la sombra mientras te tomas algo. Hemos pasado una experiencia maravillosa, mi hijo ha disfrutado muchísimo y creo sin duda, que volveremos.
La verdad es que es un hotel al que van mayormente familias extranjeras; ingleses, italianos.. No lo considero algo negativo, pero si que pensando en mi hijo, para entablar relación o conversaciones con alguien se complicaba, por que en una semana hemos contado 3 familias españolas en todo el hotel.
The staff were amazing, they made us feel very welcome after we had to change hotels early in our holiday as the last hotel was really bad, so the staff here really made our holiday, they look after everyone. Just amazing! Rooms and facilities are also great, kids loved it.

Pas de bouteille d’eau dans les chambres au prix de la chambre.
Lo bueno de este Hotel es el personal . Muy atentos sobre todo los camareros y cocineros . En este aspecto genial . El Hotel en sí no merece las 4 estrellas. Cama sin hacer un par de días , cucaracha en el baño, pone que está adaptado para discapacitados y no es así , ya que el Spa solo se accede bajando más de 20 escaleras . Lo cogimos por el Spa y no está adaptado . Comida muy repetitivo , lo bueno el desayuno . Si no fuese por el personal sería la experiencia nada agradable.
Lo dicho . Limpieza, no está adaptado para discapacitados en el Spa, las instalaciones viejas , comida repetitiva, solo lo enfocan para los extranjeros y no en general .
I liked that the staff will do the extra mile for you to be happy with in the stay of the hotel.
To access to the shallow end you literally have to cross all the pool to get there.

Staff were kind and helpful. Heated pool for adults, breakfast, lots of soft drinks and coffees to choose from. Bar was well stocked and you can specify single drinks. Bed was comfortable. Large balcony. You get what you pay for. Provided gluten free bread when you asked for it. For dietary needs food was labelled. Rooms cleaned most days. Easy to request clean towels. Sky bar for adults is peaceful. Lots of sunbeds to choose from.
Food labels didn't always match the food on offer. Decided to eat out for the last 3 nights. Many sunbeds could be done with a clean. There was lots of paper/plastic cups blowing about around the pool, but that was because holiday makers didn't put them in the bin. The rooms were noisy, you can hear people arguing/ talking, going to the toilet, moving furniture or opening doors.
Good location, variety food,nice and quiet
Room was ready after 3 pm. Except Pamela , reception staff was rude, especially the small skinny man. They are not trained to smile and to give politely information.

The food was good and there was variety. The junior suite room was big and spacious. 4th floor was quiet and the sky lounge was kids free
First, they gave us a cheaper room to the one we booked.
Then gave us keys to an occupied room so we walked into someone who shouted at us.
Spa was not working for our whole 5 day stay. No compensation for that.
Gym has no equipment or aircon.
They also don't have cleaners on Sundays.
It was last minute
The breakfast was super delicious, plenty of of choice. Location was great easy to walk around

Food bland and served cold , children in adults only jacuzzi treating it as paddling pool staff not interested, pool bar supposed to open at 10 am again staff not interested , property in need of refurbishment and a general deep clean .
