Pas de bouteille d’eau dans les chambres au prix de la chambre.
Lo bueno de este Hotel es el personal . Muy atentos sobre todo los camareros y cocineros . En este aspecto genial . El Hotel en sí no merece las 4 estrellas. Cama sin hacer un par de días , cucaracha en el baño, pone que está adaptado para discapacitados y no es así , ya que el Spa solo se accede bajando más de 20 escaleras . Lo cogimos por el Spa y no está adaptado . Comida muy repetitivo , lo bueno el desayuno . Si no fuese por el personal sería la experiencia nada agradable.
Lo dicho . Limpieza, no está adaptado para discapacitados en el Spa, las instalaciones viejas , comida repetitiva, solo lo enfocan para los extranjeros y no en general .
I liked that the staff will do the extra mile for you to be happy with in the stay of the hotel.
To access to the shallow end you literally have to cross all the pool to get there.

Staff were kind and helpful. Heated pool for adults, breakfast, lots of soft drinks and coffees to choose from. Bar was well stocked and you can specify single drinks. Bed was comfortable. Large balcony. You get what you pay for. Provided gluten free bread when you asked for it. For dietary needs food was labelled. Rooms cleaned most days. Easy to request clean towels. Sky bar for adults is peaceful. Lots of sunbeds to choose from.
Food labels didn't always match the food on offer. Decided to eat out for the last 3 nights. Many sunbeds could be done with a clean. There was lots of paper/plastic cups blowing about around the pool, but that was because holiday makers didn't put them in the bin. The rooms were noisy, you can hear people arguing/ talking, going to the toilet, moving furniture or opening doors.
Good location, variety food,nice and quiet
Room was ready after 3 pm. Except Pamela , reception staff was rude, especially the small skinny man. They are not trained to smile and to give politely information.

The food was good and there was variety. The junior suite room was big and spacious. 4th floor was quiet and the sky lounge was kids free
First, they gave us a cheaper room to the one we booked.
Then gave us keys to an occupied room so we walked into someone who shouted at us.
Spa was not working for our whole 5 day stay. No compensation for that.
Gym has no equipment or aircon.
They also don't have cleaners on Sundays.

The breakfast was super delicious, plenty of of choice. Location was great easy to walk around

Food bland and served cold , children in adults only jacuzzi treating it as paddling pool staff not interested, pool bar supposed to open at 10 am again staff not interested , property in need of refurbishment and a general deep clean .
Lovely, hardworking and attentive staff. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Lunch and dinner had a reasonable selection. The location was a short walk to shops and restaurants. Pool area had plenty of sunbeds.
Breakfasts. Found the cooked breakfasts a bit greasy. The fruit juices weren't great. The all-inclusive wine wasn't great and the cocktails were ready-mixed from a machine which weren't very nice. They could do with someone keeping the pool area free of litter as there were some guests who left their litter by the sunbeds.

The location of our room was noisy

The scraping of chairs in the dining area is so annoying, all it requires is to put rubber on each leg of chair and table
Bar needs to be renovated, no night entertainment for kids
