Perfect starting point
Pros:

Very good location, the bus/tram stop is practically right next door, making it quick and easy to get to La Laguna and Santa Cruz. The property itself makes a very positive impression - the classic decor and plenty of wooden elements really enhance the premium feel. We only stayed for one night, but I think it would be a great choice for a longer stay.

Yo respeto todas las opiniones, cada persona tiene sus gustos y necesidades, pero me cuesta entender las críticas a este establecimiento.
Nuestra habitación era amplia, bien equipada, la cama cómoda y absoluto silencio nocturno.
El desayuno servido en mesa, abundante y bueno.
El personal fue muy amable.
Y en cuanto a la ubicación, casi en la puerta tiene parada de autobús y de tranvía. Está andando a menos de 15 minutos del centro de La Laguna, un agradable paseo.

Cómodo y bonito. Edificio histórico.
Pros:

Muy céntrico, limpio, acogedor, y elegante. Súper cómodas las habitaciones, descansamos muy bien. Los anfitriones muy atentos, el desayuno necesario y rico. El edificio es precioso, fácil aparcamiento. Muy recomendable.

llegamos tarde previo aviso y aceptacion de entrada tarida, nos dejaron colgados a las 23 15. Los dueños no responden el telefonillo a partir de las 23 00. Nos responden por mail y luego te remiten instrucciones por whatasapp, presumiendo que lo tienes

si tienes un problema a partir de las 23 00 NO TIENES AYUDA
Comentado al dueño la incidencia, ya que nos abrio otro cliente, se encara me dice que no se leer e insulta en italiano .
El aire acondicionado para calor mete mucho ruido y no te permite dormir
una ventana no tenia cortina y entraba la luz a primera hora
mobiliario muy antiguo
