Pros:

Close to the airport bus stop and only around 15min walk to the city centre.

Cons:

Not very clean, the bathroom ceiling was full of mold, shower was rusty and I found that the photos shown, don't truly portray the hotel's true state. It needs a total revamp.

Boa localização, fácil de andar para todos os lugares, equipe muito simpática e prestativa. Tem café da manhã simples porém honesto pago à parte.

Cons:

Embora seja tudo muito direitinho e arrumado, são instalações simples. Para quem só precisa do hotel para dormir - ainda mais com TANTO para se ver em Sevilha - é uma opção com bom custo-benefício.

Good location and for the cost is a good value, but it is dated and rooms could use some maintenance.
Pros:

The location was great, around 10-15min walk to all the major landmarks in Seville - a few restaurants, stores, and a grocery store less than a minute away.

Cons:

Rooms could use some maintenance and there is a lack of some basic accommodations that I would expect of a hotel. Maintenance - in my room the bathroom door would not shut smoothly, you would have to essentially slam the door shut in order for it to close, the button to flush the toilet was very loose and would move around when you pressed it. Basic accommodations - I also asked for a clothes iron my first two nights because I had a wedding to go to during my stay and there was apparently only one iron in the property and they “had to wait for the other guest to stop using it”, I was patient about it for two days but ultimately was never given an iron, I had to steam my shirt in the shower in order to get the wrinkles out - I’m not expecting a pool or a gym in a three star hotel but I would expect at least more than one iron for the property.
