Bel hôtel familial au coeur de la Catalogne
Pros:

L'hôtel est un hôtel familial et chaleureux. Il inclue également un restaurant + bar.
Nous sommes arrivés plutôt tardivement mais avons pu avoir une table pour se restaurer.
Le personnel a été très accueillant et a pris le temps de nous montrer les différentes installations.
Le petit déjeûner n'était pas inclus mais était excellent.

Cons:

Le spa (température un peu tiède).

hotel très beau, les chambres sont très grandes, propre , jolie terrasse, le spa est très sympa ouvertures tardives, l'accueil très bien .

Cons:

au niveau des repas , c'est un peu dommage qu'il n'y ait pas plus de choix, de plats ou autres... le prix est un peu élevé.. mais c'est beau

Decepcionante

La piscina y la calidad de la comida estaban muy bien.

Cons:

El check-in era a partir de las 12:00, aun así avisamos con tiempo de que llegaríamos a las 15:00 para que pudiesen organizarse. Al llegar, nos dijeron que la habitación no estaba lista (3h de retraso) y nos dijeron que podíamos aprovechar para comer allí, pedimos dos menús y al acabar de comer nos dijeron que la habitación seguía sin estar preparada, que teníamos que esperar más. Sobre las 16:45 nos dijeron que podíamos acceder a ella, casi 5h más tarde. El día siguiente al hacer el check-out nos cobraron íntegramente la comida del día anterior (2 menús, 72€), no teníamos pensado escribir esta reseña por el retraso de la habitación, pero el hecho de que ni siquiera hayan tenido un gesto para compensarlo… nos ha decepcionado. Habíamos pagado 190€ por esa noche de hotel.

Además, la bañera de hidromasaje de la habitación no funcionaba, ni siquiera se podía abrir y cerrar el sumidero…

El personal/dueños del hotel muy amables, pero las palabras también se deben acompañar de gestos.

Restaurant zu teuer,ohne reservieren kein platz im innenbereich und auf der terasse musste man sich das essen mit den fliegen teilen

We hadden gehoopt op 1 enkel bed, nu hadden we twee bedden aan elkaar gezet met een gat er tussen, niet zo romantisch.
