Pros:

Elena, la chica que nos atendió, un encanto. La habitación, con buena calefacción y buena ducha. Dormimos muy a gusto. Y la ubicación, perfecta, en el centro de Vielha. Esperamos volver.

Cons:

Nos hubiera gustado desayunar en el hotel, pero el horario de inicio a las 7:30, nos parece muy tarde para subir a pistas. Descubrimos un par de bares que abren pronto y solucionamos la cuestión.

No respetaron la elección en booking de la cama matrimonial, en la reserva me pidieron elegir si quería cama doble o dos camas individuales y elegí la doble y al llegar me encontré con dos individuales y no contento con eso me dijo la mujer en recepción que yo no había hecho ninguna reserva ni elección cuando si lo hice y se lo mostré, entonces luego me dijo que me había enviado un mensaje diciendo que estaba sujeto a disponibilidad pero en mi inbox nunca me escribió nada y no aceptó que hubo un fallo, me trató de trasladar toda la culpa a mí y eso no me gustó

El desayuno era muy completo y el precio estupendo.
Tiene un guarda skis
Aparcamiento gigante a 200 metros gratuito y derecho a parada de 10 minutos de carga y descarga delante del hotel
La dueña es más que un plus
Está en el centro de la ciudad con todos los servicios a tu alcance y un Mercadona a escasos metros

La super gentillesse de la propriétaire toujours disponible pour vous aider, la situation au centre du village et près de tous les commerces et la chambre simple mais fonctionnelle

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner vraiment pas super car tout est industriel et dommage car a la montagne il devrait y avoir des produits frais

Todo perfecto, personal encantador y amistoso, te hacen sentir como en casa. Elena te recibe con una sonrisa y hace todo facilismo, pendiente de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Las chicas del desayuno un amor!

Muy buena temperatura, se agradece ese calor al llegar del frio.
La ubicación no puede ser mejor, calle en el centro, tiendas, supermercados, bares, restaurantes, aparcamiento publico a 3 minutos... todo lo que necesites!
Calidad-precio muy buena.
Repetiremos sin duda ninguna.
