We were really disappointed with our experience. Mistakes can happen at any hotel, and we understand that. However, what matters is how they are handled.
When we returned to our room after dinner and were about to go to bed, we discovered that the bed sheets were stained with blood. As reception was no longer staffed, we immediately took photos and sent them to the hotel. At that point it was around midnight, and all we wanted was to go to sleep rather than wait for someone to come to the hotel.
The following morning, instead of receiving an apology or any understanding, we were met with hostility. Rather than acknowledging the issue, the staff repeatedly insisted that what we were describing was impossible and that we should have called the emergency number during the night. Throughout the conversation, we were accused of lying despite having sent photos as soon as we discovered the issue.
Finding blood-stained bedding is unpleasant enough, but what made this experience truly disappointing was the way we were treated afterwards. A simple apology and acknowledgement would have gone a long way. Instead, our concerns were dismissed, and we left feeling blamed rather than listened to.
On top of this, the rooms are not very well soundproofed. We could clearly hear noise from other rooms and the hallway, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
It's a real shame because the hotel has great potential thanks to its fantastic location. With better customer service and more attention to cleanliness, it could have been a very different experience. Unfortunately, because of the way this situation was handled, we cannot recommend this hotel to others and will not be returning.

Llençols molt nous i nets. El bany super perfecte i amb el seu disenys. L'aire acondicionat que funcionava a la perfecció.

L'únic inconvenient és que quan vam arribar la persona que ens va atendre no ens va parlar en català i tampoc ens entenia; aquí d'entrada, només arribar em va sentar malament. Després més tard i al dia següent les altres persones sí, parlaven català.
L'amplitud i decoració de l'habitació, i que es veiés el mar desde el balcó. El tracte del personal. Està a 3 minuts de la platja caminant
