Dá pro gasto, mas não repetiria
Pros:

À localização e o quarto, assim como o café, que é bom, correspondem à expectativa.

Cons:

O hotel possui zero estrutura e é muito pequeno e acanhado. As paredes parecem feitas de papel e a prestatividade dos funcionários é apenas protocolar.

Pros:

Disfrutamos mucho la estadía en el hotel. El personal es muy amable, el desayuno completo y la ubicación inmejorable!!!

Cons:

Die Zimmer wiesen einen starken, unangenehmen chemischen Geruch auf, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Zudem waren von drei Fenstern zwei defekt, wodurch eine ausreichende Frischluftzufuhr nicht möglich war.

Da uns das Personal trotz unserer Hinweise nicht entgegenkam und kein alternatives Zimmer angeboten wurde, sahen wir uns gezwungen, das Hotel bereits nach einer Nacht zu verlassen und in eine andere Unterkunft zu wechseln.

Desayuno bien. Ubicación excelente. Limpio bien

Cons:

El aire acondicionado funciona pero no demasiado bien. Me hubiera gustado bidé en el baño. Y no tiene parking. Dan un 20% de descuento en el Parking de Santa Ana, justo al lado. Y otra cosa que es ajeno al Hotel que esta muy bien: si vais en coche 2 millones de ojos!! por las calles. Todas son semipeatonales

Liebenswürdiges kleines Hotel in optimaler Lage mit gutem Service.
Pros:

Optimale Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück Ausblick auf St. Anaplatz. Und trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Die Zimmergrösse war für mich (1 Person) gerade ausreichend. Etwas mehr Platz wäre schön, aber wegen der guten Lage würde ich das Hotel sofort wieder wählen.

Für einen Städtetrip ein sehr gutes Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Diverse Metrostationen sind in der Nähe. In unmittelbarer Umgebung sind sehr viele Restaurants und Bars.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, es wurde täglich gereinigt.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt.
Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Im Bad hatten wir leider unangenehme Gerüche.
Beim Frühstück wird leider sehr viel Abfall produziert.
Von Kaffeekapseln, Butter, div. Aufstriche bis zu Verpackungen für Süßes, das ist nicht nachhaltig.

NIce Room
Pros:

The location on Plaza de Santa Ana was nice. It was easy to get to from Atocha Station. There are many good restaurants and bars nearby. The room was not huge but adequate and included an ample closet, tea kettle (on request) and a very small (wall mounted) mini-fridge. It did not appear to be feasible to open the windows, but there was plenty of light and not too noisy at night. The elevator does not go all the way to the lobby, but we were taking the stairs anyway. The bathroom was adequate if you were not a large person.

Cons:

The front desk was generally occupied at all times, but if the staff had to step out to help a guest, the front door was not accessible until they returned.
