Pros:

La posizione centralissima a Madrid, con le attrazioni a pochi minuti di camminata. La colazione è buona e varia e lo staff è sempre gentile e disponibile ad aiutare. L'asciugacapelli in camera non funzionava correttamente, ma appena abbiamo riportato l'inconveniente ce ne hanno fornito uno nuovo (sottolineo quindi, nonostante l'inconveniente, la velocità e la gentilezza con cui hanno subito risolto).

Cons:

Alcune camere non hanno la ventola in bagno.

A very good stay in a wonderful location.
Pros:

Breakfast was good with many choices and excellent coffee. But it wasn’t open until 8am so for early departures like ours it was disappointing. The hotel location was superb within easy walking to many important sights.

Cons:

We missed having tea/coffee available in the room and the little fridge on the wall was suitable only for a bottle of water.

Perfectly placed but expensive for what you get, in January
Pros:

Our third time of staying there. Centrally placed for our needs. We enjoy the breakfasts here.

Cons:

Despite having asked to not be near a lift (as on a previous visit we were disturbed by the sound of the lift working) we were placed in the room opposite our previous room and could still hear it.

Pros:

Me encantó todo, la ubicación,el servicio… las chicas de recepción fueron fantásticas.

Cons:

El hotel está situado en una o plaza con muchos bares y restaurantes, entonces por la noche puedes escuchar a gente, coches… pero en mi caso me fue genial, no tengo problemas con el ruido

Pros:

Alejandro and Stanislava made sure we had a most memorable Christmas in Madrid. Before we arrived they answered and arranged for each of our requests. Upon arrival they were both completely aware of our needs and cheerfully helped us through our stay. This included a take-away breakfast since we had to leave very early in the morning. The lady who ran the breakfast room was most attentive and made sure we, as vegetarians, could find the right items for both dine-in and take away. The room was bright and modern too!

La inexistencia de rampa para acceder las habitaciones. Deben subirse las maletas algunas gradas.

Great stay, I’ll definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, my room was very clean. They have a very good breakfast, it would be better if they offered it earlier.

Cons:

The walls are thin and I could hear people talking in the rooms next to me.
