La ubicación está bien es un pueblo de encanto

Cons:

La atención del lugar medio pueblo se quedó sin luz casi 12 hs madrugada hasta las 14 hs no hubo plan de contingencia. No dejan a nadie en el hotel te dan la llave y un teléfono. A la mañana nos sirvieron desayuno caliente y al plantear la situación no daban respuesta y nos mantuvieron con incertidumbre. Nadie se apersono nos hablaban por celular me faltaron el respeto en vez de darnos seguridad en un país extranjero y amenazaron con echarnos a la calle si no nos gustaba su respuesta en vez de ayudarnos o contenernos. Luego de hablar quizo darnos el dinero pero ya en temporada alta no teníamos donde ir. Luego nos mando a un lugar a desayunar que tampoco tenía electricidad todo caliente. Yo por el mal trato me fui a otro pueblo donde encontré una atención maravillosa. Mi compañera de viaje se tuvo que quedar no podía pagar otra cosa y se había ido de tout para no perder el dia. Se entiende que puede haber un problema lo malo fue la falta de contingencia y comentarios senofogos por ser Argentina. Además el baño no tenía techo solo una puerta de cristal y una pared de dutlok poco íntimo.
En resumen nos querian dejar sin agua sin aire en Agosto sin desayuno y en respuesta al día siguiente me quiso confirmar con una cena. Lamentable que no se apersono nadie a dar la cara. Estás emergencias se solucionan o hablan en persona para contener al cliente no hacerlo llorar y amenazar. No lo recomiendo.

Pros:

Posizione eccezionale nell'area pedonale del centro storico. Elegante e curato l'arredamento

Cons:

L'hotel (in realtà un ristorante dotato di 4 camere al primo e secondo piano) dovrebbe dotarsi di un paio di posti auto riservati in quanto i parcheggi fuori le mura sono quasi tutti dedicati ai residenti.

Très bel hôtel et très bon restaurant.
Le personnel est très attentionné et très sympathique.
Chambre magnifique, au calme, avec pierres apparentes et climatisation de bonne qualité. Literie confortable.

Un peu d’attente au restaurant, victime de son succès ! 😃

Die Lage war super und es war ruhig im Zimmer, obwohl draußen viel los war. Die Klima funktioniert gut und macht die Temperatur auch im Sommer sehr angenehm. Das Frühstückspersonal war wirklich freundlich und das Essen auch gut.

Cons:

Das Bett war ein bisschen laut und die Badezimmertür hat einen Spalt. Sonst alles super!

El personal del desayuno y limpieza fue maravilloso, unas mujeres muy agradables.
El desayuno excelente, café, zumo y huevos recién hechos. Muy variado, superó nuestras expectativas.

Habitación muy amplia y limpia.

Cons:

No podemos decir lo mismo del personal que estaba en la puerta del alojamiento encargada de realizar el check in, ninguna palabra agradable y sin darnos información.

En la habitación por la noche había ruido, no sabemos identificar si eran cañerías o tuberias, pero la primera noche nos costó dormir.
