It is not what we expected but maybe we mis-read details.
Pros:

Good location to walk to restaurants etc. Lovely comfortable beds.
Staff were lovely.

Cons:

Parking was very tricky - difficult to work out what is free and paid parking - got a ticket - despite paying for parking- so confusing!!!
Not really a ‘hotel’ - as no communal areas - just a few lovely rooms - breakfast terrace is used by the restaurant at night which is separate.

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido excepcional de principio a fin. Las instalaciones son impecables, las habitaciones cómodas, limpias y muy bien cuidadas, y la ubicación es excelente.

Queremos destacar especialmente la profesionalidad, amabilidad y comprensión de todo el equipo. En un momento de nuestra estancia surgió un problema debido al comportamiento de nuestros hijos, situación que entendemos perfectamente que debió gestionarse por parte del hotel. Sin embargo, valoramos enormemente la oportunidad que nos dieron posteriormente para regresar, demostrando una gran humanidad, empatía y voluntad de encontrar soluciones.

El trato recibido por parte de la dirección y del personal fue siempre respetuoso, cercano y profesional. Este gesto nos permitió disfrutar nuevamente de sus magníficas instalaciones y nos dejó una impresión aún más positiva del establecimiento.

Sin duda, recomendamos este hotel por la calidad de sus servicios, la atención al cliente y la forma ejemplar en que gestionan cualquier situación. Estamos muy agradecidos y esperamos volver en el futuro.

Minamalistic, fine to just sleep!
Pros:

Very central, easy to access, shower gel shampoo and conditioner as well as huge towels

Cons:

Quite dark room, limited facilities, no 24/7 concierge or receptionist to support, no food/water on arrival or even on site.

Pros:

Pedazo hotel! y el servicio impecable y maravilloso, encantadora la chica que te recibe. Cama súper grande y comoda, limpieza de 10, muy grande la habitación con terracita (n°5)...

Quando ho prenotato il 20 febbraio gli ho mandato un messaggio per Booking alla struttura .
La domanda era semplice , se la mia camera avesse un balcone ?!
Nessuna risposta !!!
Allora riprovo ad aprile … e niente nessuna risposta !!
Alla fine mi rispondono a ridosso del mio arrivo per la colazione , fregandosene delle mie domande sul balcone .
Morale della favola ero al primo piano con una finestra che dava letteralmente sulla strada quindi era anche poco sicuro .
Bastava veramente poco rispondere ad una domanda abbastanza semplice

Más que recomendable!!!!
Pros:

Nos encantó la ubicación, el trato del personal, tanto de la chica de los desayunos como el señor de recepción. También nos gustó la flexibilidad para la recogida de llave. Ahhh!!!! Y LAS TOALLAS!!!!! Por fin grandes, nuevas y esponjosas!!!!😍
