El tamaño de la habitación, la cama muy cómoda y la ubicación muy buena. Facilidad para aparcar por la zona (de pago)

El desayuno, desayunamos el primer día y no nos gustó nada. Las tazas estaban sucias, el jamón parecía de plástico…fue recomendamos hacerlo en as cafeterías de las inmediaciones mejor calidad/precio.
Las instalaciones muy austeras, el baño tiene 0 intimidad, habitacion ruidosa, la música del restaurante de al lado se escucha todas las noches…
No hay espacio para poner las maletas cómodamente ni un armario.
En 7 días no recibimos ni un “¿qué tal la estancia?Por parte del personal.

Hôtel très bien situé dans la rue qui entoure le coeur historique de Ciutadella. On parle d'hôtel mais il n'y a que six chambres. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, des indications très claires nous avaient été données par Internet avec une clé nous attendant à la réception. Nous n'avons rencontré quelqu'un (une dame charmante) que le lendemain. L'accès aux chambres se fait uniquement par un escalier (pas d'ascenseur). Notre chambre avec sa petite terrasse n'était pas très grande mais très fonctionnelle et avec une jolie décoration (un vrai cocon). Douche très spacieuse. Autant les chambres que les parties communes sont décorées avec de nombreux objets rappelant l'entreprise qui se situait autrefois à cet emplacement (notamment les fenêtres devenues têtes de lit ou cadres pour des miroirs).

Très belle chambre avec terrasse

Très belle décoration, chambre spacieuse avec terrasse, emplacement à proximité du centre historique de Cuitadella

Cons:

Isolation un peu légère avec la chambre d'à coté, les voisins n'étaient pas bruyant donc ça n'a pas été gênant

La posizione è ottima, le stanze spaziose e arredate con gusto

Cons:

L’acqua calda purtroppo nn è mai davvero calda. Il secondo giorno era solo fredda, zero acqua calda e abbiamo chiesto aiuto in reception.
L’altro piccolo problema sta nel non avere una vera reception, motivo per cui per chiamare i taxi dovevamo sempre farci aiutare da qualche passante perché in pochi parlano inglese

Wenn wir wieder nach Menorca kommen sind, würden wir auf jeden Fall dieses Hotel wieder buchen
Pros:

Einfach komplett alles, das Frühstück war wirklich sehr sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren perfekt sauber Personal war einfach absolut zuvorkommend höflich und nett, so dass wir das also zu 100 % weiter empfehlen können dieses Hotel
