La ubicación muy bien. El personal amable

Cons:

Al margen de un pequeño incidente con la llave nada más llegar que fue resuelto con relativa rapidez, también nos sorprendió que la cama era como mucho de 1.35 (para ser una habitación doble la cama era pequeña aunque sí era cómoda) y que tampoco funcionaba la calefacción (incidente también resuelto con rapidez dejándonos una estufa eléctrica) pero ya por último, nos encontramos que el lavabo no se podía usar: al utilizarlo por la noche vemos que al abrir el grifo vertía agua por la parte inferior y se encharcan las plaquetas del suelo. Avisamos y le indicamos que no lo usaremos (un tanto incómodo lavar los dientes y manos en la ducha pero ahí si que no había solución rápida posible). Al margen de las disculpas y amabilidad del personal no hubiese estado de más que hubiesen ofrecido la opción de cambio de habitación o si no hubiese posibilidad, al menos tener la cortesía de ofrecer un desayuno o algún detalle que enmendase de alguna manera tanto incidente . Me gustaría que si les pasa a otros clientes y en sus vacaciones tienen que estar en un hotel lavando los dientes de rodillas en la ducha, al menos los responsables tomen en consideración esta reseña.
