Pros:

Pieni perhehotelli jossa vanhan puutalon tunnelmaa. Palvelu henkilökohtaista ja ystävällistä. Aamiainen erinomainen. Paljon palveluja saman katon alla; hotelli, kahvila, ravintola, sisustus/lahjatavarakauppa. Hotellista helppo pyörähtää vaikka uimassa läheisellä rannalla.

Hauska ystävien tapaaminen
Pros:

Yksilölliset huoneratkaisut. Intiimi ilmapiiri. Tilava huone. Puhdasta.

Cons:

Tähän huoneeseen wc/suihku ovat erikseen käytävällä, mikä hiukan hankaloittaa olemista. Lattiat narisee (vanha talo), mutta ei annettu sen häiritä itseämme.

Oopperavieraalle täydellinen sijainti
Pros:

Huoneessa oli ilmastointi, joka oli ihana juttu kuumalla säällä. Aamupalan oli todella ihanan erilaista luksusta, jota arvostin suuresti. Listalta sai valita mieleisen vaihtoehdon (alku- ja pääruuan) ja ne tarjoiltiin pöytään. Lisäksi leivät jne. Lähellä Olavinlinnaa, joten oopperavieraalle täydellinen.
Huone oli tilava ja henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Kauniisti sisustettu rakennuksen tyyliin sopien.

Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely and unique hotel in Savonlinna
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with tasteful design and a very personal touch. Johanna the owner is lovely and gave us such a warm welcome. The rooms were very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was to die for.
Thank for a lovely stay- I hope we’ll be able to return sometime!

Pros:

Johanna and David were great. Very helpful and friendly.
The food and wines were wonderful.
Location is the closest to the castle.

We were the only people in the hotel for a few days and no staff there.
Cons:

We booked a room with breakfast, 4 out of 6 days breakfast was placed in a small refrigerator and breads/croissants on a small table for us to help ourselves. The food was adequate, but we expected more in the way of service or options.
