Tunnelmallinen ja viihtyisä puistoympäristöineen.
Pros:

Huone oli tilava ja tyylikkäästi vanhoja perinteitä kunnioittava.
Hyvät sängyt.

Cons:

Huone oli kylmä.
WC:ssa pitäisi olla bideesuihku.
Tähän hintaan (145) pitäisi saada myös aamupala paikan päällää eikä monen kilometrin päästä.

Aamiaistiedoista oli monta viestiä ja lopuksi sitä ei ollutkaan kuin muutaman kilometrin päässä. Uimamahdollisuus puuttui?

Pros:

Upea kokemus, ei ollut ensimmäinen kerta siellä. Kuin yöpyisi taideteoksessa. Kaunis rakennus ja henkeäsalpaava maisema. Viime kerralla laiturilla oli portaat, siitä oli helppoa käydä uimassa. Tulemme uudelleen!

Cons:

No, huomattiin että viileäkaappi ei toiminut. Vietiin alakerran jääkaappiin eväät. Ei haitannut. Kerrottiin siivoojille asia seuraavana päivänä.

Lovely Art Deco building but poor facilties
Pros:

The hotel is located in part of a 1930s Art Deco building, a style I like, in extensive gardens next to a lake. And we had a huge room with two large beds.

Cons:

There were no hotel staff on the premises and few facilities there, and
many things needed upgrading and/or cleaning. In an attempt to preserve the original building, or because of a lack of money, our room had no air conditioning, no proper shower in the old style bathroom, messy multipoint adaptors, and a TV that only worked if one held the antennae in one position!

Pros:

Location was good, nice historical building

Cons:

I didn't know what to answer to the question about staff or facilities 'cause there was no staff at the location. So there was no breakfast or any other services at the location. Breakfast was over 2 km away from the hotel.

Poor
Cons:

Hotel was quite old and run down, could only get there from the art sauna after dark and there was no one there and it was self check in but there was no lights, instructions was not clear enough. Breakfast was not at the hotel was 2kms away had to get there in the snow and dark.

The hotel was misleading and very disappointing in the service it provided.
Pros:

It’s position on the lake. The room was spacious.

Cons:

Breakfast was not served in the hotel - we had to travel to another location. There was no bar or similar facilities in the building containing our room. We were not informed of any of this when we made the booking. We needed to leave at 9am on the day of check-out to catch a flight but were told that breakfast didn’t start until that time. When I queried this we were then told that breakfast would be available at 08.30. We arrived at the other location promptly but were told that there was no coffee as there was a problem with the water system. We decided to leave and skip breakfast as we wanted coffee before a long drive to the airport. When we then checked-out and paid for the room we were told that breakfast wasn’t being paid for but when I checked later I could see that my reservation with booking.com clearly stated that the booking included breakfast - so we had paid for something that we didn’t receive.

No one to contact in the hotel
Pros:

Room was nice and big.

Cons:

The bathroom was old fashion. First night the wifi did you not function. The tv did not function properly. The problem was the there was no personal in the hotel.
