We wouldn't recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is in a good central location close to the castle and the shops in town. There is ample on street parking but no secure car park. It's an old and tired hotel but efforts have clearly been made to make the rooms feel homely and comfortable.

Cons:

Our four poster bedroom smelt of stale cigarettes. The illuminated street sign is right outside the window and stayed on all night. The shower was slow to get warm and the jet very weak. The bed is too short for me. It simply didn't match my expectations having read other reviews on Booking.com

De l'extérieur l'hôtel ne paye pas de mine mais les chambres sont supers confortables et la personne à l'accueil est d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle.

Cons:

Peu de chauffage dans la chambre et pas dans la salle d'eau.
Bien que bien meublée, la chambre est à rafraichir, ainsi que la cabine de douche et la literie est à changer.

Das Hotel ist von aussen und von innen schäbig und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Bilder täuschen einen besseren Eindruck vor. Unsere Fahrräder mussten wir in einem Hof abstellen, der voll von Taubendreck war.
Dieses Hotel war das schlechteste auf unserer 14 tägigen Radtour durch Frankreich. Verstehe nicht wie sehr gute Bewertungen zustande kommen.
