They could help us but they didin’t want to.

We booked a triple room for 4 nights, and paid the full amount immediately upon booking, we booked for my husband, my one-year-old baby and me. We had a problem at the airport and we could not arrive in the planned period, about which I informed the hotel in time, however they did not want to meet us in any way, nor to change the time of stay, nor to refund at least a partial amount, considering that we paid for 4 nights and we did not use any of them... they just took the money and were not there for their guests when they should have at least changed the time of stay... we lost the money, a lot of money, we are really disappointed They could have helped us, but they didn't want to. They did not want to help in any way.

Excellent first trip to Paris !!
Pros:

The property is in an excellent location, close to everything you need and more. We were able to easily walk to many places for food, sightseeing, and the metro. The windows have a beautiful Parisian touch that added to the charm of the stay.

It was the perfect place for the three of us to refresh, rest, and unwind after long days of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made our stay stress-free by helping us arrange a taxi back to the airport.

Boa localização se você não estiver de carro e com muitas malas
Pros:

Boa localização. Rua com opções de café e próximo à região da Torre Eiffel

Cons:

Falta de estacionamento próximo. Ir de carro é complicante, pois a rua do hotel tem uma feira e não é permitido entrar (embora ele fique praticamente na esquina). Os estacionamentos mais próximos ficam distantes e se estiverem com muitas malas a logística fica complicada pra deixar as coisas no hotel e pegar após o checkout. Mas tirando esse contratempo as acomodações são boas (quarto pequeno é padrão de Paris)
