la salle de bain n'est pas bien équipée surtout pour la partie évier.
Nous séjournions à 3 et il n'y avait qu'un minuscule pot de savon, rien pour poser le pain de savon, bref... pour un 4 étoile c'est décevant

El precio, es cierto que Francia es lo que es, pero hemos ido en temporada baja y el precio no creo le haya afectado

The hight of the room was not great, even for 1.7m people. The shower didn't have any space to place shampoo or soap items.
Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, great location.
Very minor but no complimentary water and only 1 coffee pod each.

This hotel is a great location. short walk to train station. easy walk to all the major champagne houses. the rooms are very clean. Nuxe luxury shampoo. real hair dryer. breakfast is very good. eggs cooked to order. basket of yogurt and pastries. cheese and meat plate. fresh squeezed orange juice. this hotel, like most in Eurpoe sets the temperature for the whole hotel. it was too warm for my liking (heat was on) but when i cracked a window, someone nearby had a fireplace going or something, so i couldn't leave it open without smelling smoke. also, email and ask which rooms are on the top floor if you want to sleep in. I'm and early riser, but the stair creak a lot, so you'll hear it if you are on a lower floor. overall a good pick and i would totally stay here again.

good place to stay in the centre of Epernay. We did not have breakfast there, just stayed overnight.
