Un sympathique pied a terre et accueillant.
Pros:

Le prix abordable, l'emplacement de l'hôtel, l'ambiance et la décoration, le personnel chaleureux et accueillant.

Cons:

Chambre pas très insonorisé (on entendais les portes claquer dans les couloirs).

Great location and nice owners
Pros:

Was fine overall. We were a bit early and the owners were not there when we arrived, but had provided information which made it easy for us to get access to our room. We met Nick the following morning, and his English is completely fluent, so you need have no concerns if you are not good with French. He apologised for the restaurant being unavailable at the time we stayed, but we'd been aware of that in advance and it wasn't a great problem for us. He provided recommendations for where to get breakfast. We were able to park on the Place Duguesclin car park right next to the hotel, so didn't have far to wheel our suitcases. The location is very good. The room was fine: it faced the back of the hotel so didn't have a great view but was quiet.

Cons:

There is no lift, and therefore we had to lug cases over two flights of stairs, but at least that had to be done only on arrival and departure. The shower curtain drapes a bit on in the cubicle and the sloping platform next to it, but was OK and the shower itself was fine. We needed help to access the wifi but that was otherwise fine.

Passable pour y passer juste la nuit.
Pros:

Le calme de la chambre (malgré les craintes car il y avait le marché le lendemain) et l'emplacement en centre ville parfait pour se rendre dans les divers points d'intérêt. Linge de lit propre.

Cons:

La propreté était discutable au niveau de la salle de douche. Vieux chewing-gum collé au pied du toilette, rail séparant les toilettes poussiéreux, literie très molle, des traces d'humidité sur les tables de chevet. Il restait des miettes sur le tapis au pied du lit. Un tapis était recourbé sur le bord : si on ne regarde pas où on met les pieds, on peut chuter facilement.

Iĺ n'y avait pas de chauffage alors que nous y étions fin octobre. J'ai dû dormir en jogging!
Prendre une douche était très désagréable.

Just what we were looking for in a small hotel restaurant hence a repeat visit
