Beakfast spread is good, reception staff very friendly, helpful and approachable.
Purchasing of buffet breakfast could have been better, default to charging to room instead of card. Signs of restaurants should be more visible, and why restaurant not revolving during breakfast time ☹️
Hotel is very old , no maintain at all, terrible thousands years old carpet in the room and at hallway , very strong smocking smell at hallway

The interior and facilities are old fashion.
The location was conveniently close to a metro and shops. There were lots of facilities and though we only stayed one night and didn't get to use them all we did enjoy the pool. The staff were also very helpful; especially Carol who retrieved our stored luggage in the morning and called a taxi for us. She was super friendly and made sure the driver knew where we were trying to go by writing the address on a piece of paper. She also confirmed the taxi price and saw us off when we left. Excellent service^-^
I can't really think of anything I didn't like. Everything was pretty good so if I do mention anything I feel it would be a nit-pick. I guess wearing the swim-cap as a requirement for the pool felt a bit strange to me because I've never worn one before. (It was kind of funny actually because my hair is really long and I didn't want to get it wet so I braided it up in a bun on top of my head and then the swim-cap didn't fit over my entire head haha)
