An outstanding property and a brilliant stay. The room was excellent and the dinner absolutely of Michelin standard.
Nothing. Everything was outstanding from staff to facilities, and ambience to comfort.
Les installations sont exceptionnelles, le spa est fabuleux et le bâtiment ainsi que la décoration sont vraiment de qualité.
En revanche, la gastronomie n’est selon moi pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles, nous n’avons pas fait le gastro mais le bistrot est beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu’il propose.
Le personnel n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles relais et château comme celui ci, manque de petits soins que l’on est censé retrouve lorsqu’on séjourne dans ce type d’établissement.

Dans une suite junior RdC , terrasse certes mais exactement en face et très proche , quelques 3 m , d’autres suites avec piscine privée bruyante.

Facility was modern and excellent, dining was fantastic.
Have a shuttle to take people to the center several times a day
Lovely facilities with a nice spa area and very comfortable room.
The cleanliness was seriously lacking. I had to ask 3 times for the room to be vacuumed with crumbs in the middle of the room, not even in a corner. Sheets were also not changed as one would expect in a 5-star hotel.
Staff promised to rectify this and to compensate but utterly failed to do so.
