Massages and treatments are available at the spa. Guests are required to book them in advance.

Children of 16 years and younger cannot access the spa.

The credit card used at the time of reservation must be presented at check in.

Please note that pets are welcome for an additional fee of EUR 25.

Please note that the gourmet restaurant "Verchant" is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. The restaurant "La Plage" is opened everyday.

A pre-authorization is done after booking. The credit card used for the booking and the matching ID card will be requested upon arrival.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Wir haben im Haus das mitgeteilt ! Und auch gesagt , das wir dieses Haus nicht mehr buchen werden
Pros:

Bei unserer Ankunft (19.30 Uhr) war die Toilette mit Kot verschmutzt ! Der Teppichboden war geflickt !! Unter einem 5 Sterne Haus verstehen wir etwas anderes ! Der Preis ist überspitzt !!!

Relaxing love the breakfast chap, very joyous but front desk staff lose interest if they can’t upsell to you!
Pros:

The place is stunning and the food is amazing. The wine delicious. However the rooms are very varied. We stayed in a gorgeous room the first night exceptional. The same room was not available the next night and was only offered the presidential suite! Got a room in booking.com and they were obviously cross and moved us to the worse room in the hotel. Needs a good clean, mouldy, smelt, battered walls, furniture and blocked shower drain.

Cons:

The staff upsale a lot and when you don’t buy they shun you and lose interest. We got moved out of a room but no one moved in they lied. To a terrible room that was desperately in need of refurbishment. No alternative offered. Mosquito spray required and the pool towels are threadbare for a 5 star property it has places of exceptional standard and really 3 star. Not consistent

Pros:

petit dejeuner bien mais pas au niveau du prix 37 € quand vous le prenez en fin de période (absence de croissants etc...).

Cons:

La clim de la chambre poussive 26 degré la première nuit avec réglage au minimum

Perfect location for a gemstone retreat or a holiday in Montpellier!
Pros:

It’s a fantastic up market hotel that caters to you every need.
The facilities are outstanding especially the gym an spa. It’s my 3rd visit and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Cons:

Faultless as far as I’m concerned.

Still an oasis of calm and luxury
Pros:

Loved the hotel, the staff and all its’ facilities including the wonderful Spa centre

Cons:

Sadly there has been a lot of recent development around the property since we stayed there last and it was very difficult to find amidst the apartment blocks being built around it.

Escale mémorable avec une recommandation pour les chambres de la nouvelle aile.
Pros:

Cadre splendide, personnel au petits soins, excellente table gastronomique et magnifique petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Nous logions dans l'ancienne partie avec certes une chambre de grande superficie et une terrasse olympienne mais les commandes électriques péclotaient allègrement.
