Pros:

Belle étape en retour du Sud...Bon buffet petit déjeuner, chambre confortable et accueil sympa de la patronne...! Nous étions déjà venu dans le passé...et reviendrons ! Mention spéciale pr le restaurant...A recommander !

Cons:

RAS ! Pas su profiter de la piscine vu arrivée trop tardive...Dommage, car super précédemment !!!

Generally happy.
Pros:

Hotel was clean, comfortable.
The restaurant for dinner was excellent

Cons:

There was a mix up with the room on arrival, I didn’t feel we were given the superior rooms I had booked and in fact weee put in a small room in the corner of the hotel on the road side when others were clearly available. After moving twice we were put in an upstairs room on the garden side of a standard which I feel I booked.
The coffee machine in the morning had failed to be filled with milk so although I wanted a Cappucino I ended up with a black coffee.
I felt the staff and hotel were between the summer a Christmas seasons and that kind of showed.

Superb - will definitely stay there again
Pros:

We stayed here 18 months ago when it was under the previous owner. We found it far too expensive at that time. Now the new management/owners have made some changes and in particular in the restaurant. We found the food exceptional and much better value for money. Lovely gardens to sit in, very comfortable room, very dog friendly.

Chambre petite ainsi que la salle de douche
Pas d'endroit où poser les bagages
Pas de savon ni de gel douche les 2 jours
Verres non lavés d'un jour à l'autre

Séjour agréable et belle adresse
Pros:

Le personnel ( adorable et pro) la cuisine (divine )
Très belle salle d’eau et lit très confortable

Cons:

Mauvaise insonorisation
On entendait tout ce qu’il se passait dans la salle d’eau au dessus
(Bruit des évacuations , le ruissellement de l’eau de douche et chasse d’eau)
Même porte fermée

Chambre confortable Mais manque de professionnalisme du personnel.
Pros:

Très belle emplacement proche d´un lac
Le repas du soir était très bon cuisiné avec de bons produits.
La petite piscine extérieure agréable avec la chaleur du week-end.

Cons:

L´accueil du personnel et son manque de professionnalisme.
Les personnes donnaient l´impression de découvrir leur établissement...de chercher les choses ! !

Correct, mais rien qui m'inciterai à y retourner.
Pros:

Reposant et calme. Nous avons eu un jeune serveur hyper sympa.

Cons:

Trop isolé pour moi, 22 km de Troyes, ville très agréable et touristique. Pas d'activité, hormis les balades, aux alentours. La chambre bien mais rien d'extraordinaire pour un quatre étoiles.
Le restaurant bien également, mais rien d'extraordinaire.
Quand même un peu cher.
