Es war bei der Ankunft (auch nach 17 Uhr Check in) kein Personal da.
Es lag auf dem Tresen lediglich eine Handynummer aus, die nach mehreren Versuchen endlich einen Gesprächspartner hatte.
Laut Auskunft sollten wir uns selbstständig unsere Zimmerschlüssel nehmen.
Das ganze Hotel war schmutzig, Tische waren von der letzten Mahlzeit nicht abgeräumt.
Das Hotel machte einen verwaisten Eindruck bei offen stehenden Türen, war trotz lautem Rufen, keiner da!!!!!

petit dejeuner trop cher, je pense que pour le prix de la chambre il devrait être inclus.
accueil chaleureux par la dame à la reception

Chambre honéreuse pour le service demandé sans le petit dejeuner, chauffage salle de bains cassé, luminaire table de chevet un cassé, deux jours sans ménage, couverture sur lit sale et tachée
