La gentilezza disarmante della proprietaria faceva sentire come a casa, non per semplice cortesia formale, ma per quella cura autentica che si percepisce nei piccoli gesti: uno sguardo attento, una parola detta con misura, una disponibilità mai invadente.
La stanza, pulita e accogliente, rifletteva la stessa premura: ogni dettaglio sembrava pensato per offrire quiete e ristoro, creando un’atmosfera intima e rassicurante, capace di sciogliere la stanchezza del viaggio e far nascere, fin da subito, un senso sincero di familiarità.

Fue una estancia tranquila y nos sirvió para descansar.
Pros:

La atención de la recepcionista fue genial, fue súper linda con mi familia, nos ayudó un montón con detalles de la ciudad, datos, se preocupó por nuestra comodidad.

Visita a la Gruta de Lourdes
Pros:

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, es tranquilo y cuenta con ascensor, para 3 personas. La atención es magnífica, una buena recepción.

Cons:

La falta de seguridad en caso de accidentes o amago de incendio, pasillos estrechos y cerrados, sin escalas de emergencia cerca.
Son pequeñas las camas, son básicamente literas.
El problema mas grave que me ocurrió ( pieza 401), fue el insoportable y desagradable olor a cigarro en la pieza, impregnado en muebles y cortinas, lo cual llego a producir tos durante la estadía.
El WiFi es irregular en su funcionamiento, incluida la mala señal de TV.

Pros:

It is a family business and the lady Hasiba was very hospitable, cheerful and friendly. Made our stay very welcoming. Very clean and beds were made every day. CLosed to the Sanctuary, the Castle and the town.

Cons:

I would have liked a kettle in the room to have some coffee. Or in the dining area available. We were there off peak. So things may have been different other times.

Completando la experiencia de Lourdes
Pros:

Encontré dinámico el acceso, se notó la preocupación en tener adoc las instalaciones con termopanel, piso flotante actualizado y acceso con clave

Muy buen desayuno pan de chocolate, baguette y croissant como opciones, opción de yogurth y cereales y un café de grano (10 puntos)

Cons:

Dado que es un edificio de años se escuchaba crujir los pasillos al pasar gente
El ascensor daba la sensación que le faltaba fuerza, era un poco lento pero totalmente funcional
El soporte de la ducha estaba a media altura
