Perfect place to keep things simple for a one night visit to the lakes.
Pros:

Great location for our quick trip to take advantage of the great weather that was forecasted.
Great support from the host.

Comfortable Central location with easy access to all routes
Pros:

Central location directly facing Windermere Station with bus links to the rest of the lakes. Across the road to left is the trail to Orrest Head. Also directly on high street so a short walk to shops / cafes.

Room was excellent, spotlessly clean with comfortable beds to relax in with lots of room for 3 of us.

The host communicated excellently and instructions for access very clear.

Cons:

Maybe a small fridge for keeping water cold for hikes but not the end of the world as many places have beautifully fresh drinking water

Parking locally can be tricky but public transport is excellent

Facilities are mentioned. Not in the same building (pool, sauna& gym) far from property pool timings for kids not fair.it was previously not mentioned .

We're sent a link to click on beforehand that did not work. Sent email about this and only got the codes to get in with a few minutes to spare, causing considerable stress.

Avarage stay!!
Pros:

The property was clean and near to railway station.

Cons:

No proper parking facility(2 -3 car can fit only)
Poor visibility in room,especially not much lighting facilities,No hot water from shower(There is a booklet we need to contact their customer support for each and everything),Difficult to titrate room temperature,no on site reception or support etc
NOT AT ALL WORTH FOR 163 for a night!!!
