I was in a dungeon had issues no water , no hot water & tv not connected to internet asked to be moved no resolve finally moved & good night sleep bit have to say first room bed was comfy but a lot of issues. Cleaners was rude & very negative cant wait to leave & didn’t turn up on days no change of bedding or towel till last day & was there for four nights wont return to there xxxxxx

Read the small print. We booked this for one night but couldn't get parked anywhere at all. No on site parking and nothing nearby, so we just had no choice but to leave and find somewhere else. No reply to our request for refund.

Situated within minutes walk from pubs, restaurants, takeaways and supermarkets and loved the fact that we could use the health club.
Just one minor fault which was probably just an oversight. My wife went for a shit and only when she was done did she realise there was no bog roll so I had to run down to the Co op to get some. Other than that it was a lovely stay.

I was on the ground floor and guests walking on the floor above was causing a sound disturbing sleep at night. Also since the rooms are too close to each other, guests entering late at night and unlocking doors caused disturbance.

Room had dirty cups on arrival, couldn’t get into the property when we first arrived as the key fob wouldn’t work. When my partner phoned to ask he was told to “p**s off im trying to speak to someone” then I rang and someone come out to fix the door.
