Very clean and good size room
This is a Airbnb without anyone to contact. We stayed 3 days and the room was not cleaned, towels not changed. There is no blind on the window and a constant green light during the night… will jot book again
Excellent location
There were rubbish bins placed next to the car park. Our room is on the ground floor and once room window was opened, there were flies coming in. So, could not really open the windows and no fresh air.

Location wise it was good 20-30 minute walk to the lake - i think we visited Bowness more on our trip and enjoyed the cruise and the Sunday market. Found a good couple of restaurants that served Halal food and they were called Ohannes Burger and Lake Raj.
Mostly aimed at the hotel, was not happy with the shower pressure and the toilet seat was not stable - was very loose. I would love it for next time if the room could have the option of providing a fridge - just a suggestion.
Close to Windermere station
Avoid this place at all costs! We paid £210 for one night via Booking.com and it was an absolute nightmare.
No Staff on Site: The building is entirely unstaffed with no reception and no one to help if things go wrong.
Disgusting & Broken: The room and sofa were filthy, the bathroom flooded from a broken tap, and the coffee mugs smelled awful.
Unsafe Ground Floor: The window would not close, leaving a ground-floor room completely insecure and freezing/noisy all night.
Like a Storage Unit: It has zero natural light and is completely child-unfriendly—the horrible conditions left my child distressed.
The owners are highly unprofessional and refuse to resolve issues properly. A formal legal complaint and Trading Standards report have been filed. Save your money and stay far away!
The rooms is very clean and perfect location next to the bus and train station. They reply fast. It had kettle, milk, tea and coffee.
The early check out at 10:00 am, super early and I asked for one hour late check out, they asked for 20 pounds which I found too much since 10 am is really early while check in is 3:00 pm
Very clean, modern, the bed was very comfy, and the location was spot on.

The area
No hotl water room dirty and stunk of weed other rooms really loud and banging all night
Location was great. Railway station just over the road as we had a train to catch in the morning. You can use the health club facilities if wanted but we didn't bother. Nice stop for a night after hiking 82 miles on the Dales way in awful weather before going home.

Limited parking but it is ok on street at certain times
It was very nice place for a short stay. Clean & quiet. Swimming pool is away around 5 min by car but it’s for free.

I was in a dungeon had issues no water , no hot water & tv not connected to internet asked to be moved no resolve finally moved & good night sleep bit have to say first room bed was comfy but a lot of issues. Cleaners was rude & very negative cant wait to leave & didn’t turn up on days no change of bedding or towel till last day & was there for four nights wont return to there xxxxxx
