Great place to stay in a lovely village would definitely return
Pros:

Great location, room was very comfortable, very clean and lovely view. Staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent with great choice.

As my stay was a surprise for my wife's birthday and had been ring all week to book a table for 8 of myself my wife and 6 other family members that where coming meal to suprice my wife for second time that day. The gentleman behind the bar was very accomidating in fit us in, to the point he would have put us in the dining room. He did fit us in the bar dining area when all are party had arived the food as me and my wife know from past experence excelent the service was excelent you have 6 new costomers as well as ourself that will be returning. And just say the gentleman behind the bar cant sing his praises enough as some one who was brought up in the trade my self a trained Chef he is out standing. Only regret I had as was fumberling with debit card forgot to leave a tip I will rectifie it on my next visit.

Pros:

Excellent location and the breakfast is lovely, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was clean but very small and not a lot of space to put your things away, it would be ok for a one night stay but no longer .

Paid £70 for a night, I think this hotel is worth it.
Pros:

The breakfast was very nice, lots of options (even vegetarian ones!). We also had dinner at the hotel, it was very tasty. The location is excellent — literally everything is within walking distance (a bus stop, pubs, shops, old town). Rooms are very clean, and they even left two small chocolates for us.

Cons:

You can hear what’s happening in other rooms, especially when someone flushes the toilet. I could hear a guy coughing in the middle of the night. Earplugs are recommended.

Great 2 night break
Pros:

A lovely 2 night stay in the small double
It was bigger than I expected clean comfortable and had everything you need.
Breakfast was plenty full and the staff were attentive.
We also ate at the restaurant and great meals and portions were big.
Overall great value for money.
Location is excellent too for Robin hoods bay.
It's worth a 20 min car journey to Heartbeat town.
