Leuk hotel en gezellige pub.
Pros:

Mooie locatie en gezellige pub erbij

Cons:

De kranen maken veel lawaai als je ze gebruikt. Ook als andere kamers een kraan gebruikt hoor je dat erg duidelijk.

Comfortable, welcoming, spotlessly clean with great staff
Pros:

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a sofa and a good bathroom. There was good storage space so we did not feel overwhelmed by our luggage. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean.
The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we stepped through the door and went above and beyond. For example, I had a coughing fit at breakfast. This was heard from the kitchen and they bought me a glass of water.
The food was plentiful and tasty.

Cons:

Nothing - everything was great.

Comfortable place to stay with popular pub downstairs.
Pros:

A good place to stay and enjoy Robin Hood's Bay - even on a rainy day.
Good and popular bar/eating area with food and drinks good value.
Breakfast room was comfortable and food good.

Cons:

No adjacent car parking, but convenient (pay) area nearby. For us, this meant hand lugging bags to hotel in rain.

Went for a short stay staff brilliant and food excellent👍👍
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and eating area...dinner was in the public bar which made it a comfortable eating environment....Room was well kept and clean....would have preferred a walk in shower instead of over the bath...Still a lovely place to stay and the staff were brilliant 😀😀😀😀

Cons:

There was nothing not to like....Everybody went out of there way to look after you and make your stay enjoyable.....

A nice Holiday break, a base between Scarboro and Whitby
Pros:

excellent price. fantastic and cheerful staff, good food, close to the bus stops. to Scarboro and Whitby.. its at the top of Cardiac hill, better than being at the bottom. our 2nd visit, ours friends first , they loved the Grosvenor too. we also used the Cinder track to walk to Whitby...a must if you have 2 hours to spare

Cons:

slight noise 24.7 from the back of the room (2), not sure what was causing it , the kitchen maybe, but did not stop getting to sleep. just annoying.
