Nice property and would come back!
Pros:

Excellent location at the top of the hill. Nice clean and spacious room and well kept. Plenty of choice for drinks and food was excellent. You get plenty of it! There is a 24hr car park just across the road. Staff were friendly and polite

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like. Our room was spacious and the small tv was a bit too far away. Maybe could do with a bigger screen tv and a new tv as it was difficult to use the buttons. Also maybe the door handle to the room and bathroom could do with changing to silver as they looked out of place to the rest of the decor.

Great location, warm welcome and comfortable beds!
Pros:

Friendly welcome. Comfortable bed and a warm room. Breakfast was plentiful and hot. Excellent location for Cleveland way.

Cons:

Noise as it is a pub as well, but music finished by 11.30pm.

Hotel with Charm
Pros:

Lovely last minute stay, staff are friendly, room and bed really comfortable, had a small double room, but had everything you would need, everywhere was really clean. Breakfast was fantastic and cooked to order. The hotel just has a lovely feel about it, I would definitely come back, thank you all for a fabulous stay.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.
