Pros:

Used as a base for the Ramses exhibition at Battersea Power Station
Pros:

Room was large and very clean, quiet and had a good nights sleep,

Cons:

Being a vegetarian and dairy allergy, very limited food available either a salad with nothing added and a vegetable biryani (spicy), but breakfast was a big choice and good quality. Eggs cooked to order. Breakfast staff was very good and friendly.

This was disappointed when marketed as a 5 star hotel
Pros:

It was nice to have the spa and gym available. The room was very sizable and so was the bathroom. The ensuite bathroom was the nicest part of the room. The attached restaurant was nice and friendly, with a warm environment and enjoyable food.

Cons:

The hotel is not 5 stars. If I had been expecting a 3-star hotel, I would've been far more pleased. I was greeted and the receptionist commented on me looking tired, which was a poor start, they were not friendly or helpful throughout the stay. We used the spa and, despite there being no working clock and not being able to take our phones, we got shouted at for not having left by the time of closing just a few minutes late and then again for having water left on the floor in the POOL and spa area, when we were not given any towels. This was a really upsetting experience. I would recommend the spa to stay open slightly later as with the gym, because if working, it closes shortly after getting home from work. The room is in need of refurbishment or redecoration at least as there are cracks everywhere, cupboards slightly dodgy and things look a bit dirty (especially the floor) and dated. The spa area does not feel very luxurious, as things are broken for example. Overall, things need to be updated, cleaned and repaired to create a more comfortable, nicer environment. I would appreciate compensation for the treatment we experienced during our stay.
