No toiletries
Clean, spacious, friendly and helpful staff, a minute to the bus stop, also there are shops just 10 minutes walk away to buy any essentials needed.
Wifi, this was key to my trip as it was work related. Although free, the strength was not just good enough to handle my meetings. Not blaming the property though.
Superb staff, spotlessly clean and great value.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the shower very good. The room was a good size. The breakfast was also passable.
Not sure this hotel can be classed as 5 star. The whole building feels very tired, the decor very "of its time" and the whole atmosphere just a little strange. The gym was very dirty and some of the equipment just didn't work. The noise from building work woke me up quite early.

The staff weee welcoming and friendly and the facility is quiet clean
During breakfast,there was some other clients that would pop in,make some noise and there was one that made my childrens uncomfortable as he tried to grab my breakfast from my family table which terrified my kids.
