Beware this is not an official 5-stars hotel! 2 or 3 stars would be appropriate

The rooms were sizy, and ok clean

Cons:

The 5 stars are not official, they have set it themselves.
this is more like a 2 or 3 star hotel, messy, unclean, weird decor, mold, low maintenance and staff. The spa was ok, but the pools were over-chlored and the pool and sauna did not work. the gym was bad. Elevators are shady, and the hallways were dirty.

Never a 5*…Zero elements of luxury. Incredibly disappointed with this hotel. Stayed in more impressive 3* properties. Wo
Pros:

Bedroom (an upgrade from standard) was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed.
Selected on price for a Sunday night. Thought we found a good deal. Wrong!

Cons:

Traffic noise from 5am as we were so close to the main road.
Pillows were too hard. Spare/alternative pillows in wardrobe the same. Poor sleep as a result.
Bed linen wasn’t matching. Same with towelling.
Decor throughout the hotel, reception, corridors etc is hideous and cheap. Overly cluttered with random art.
5* breakfast…not a chance. Incredibly basic choices with the cheapest ingredients.
Honestly expected to see Alex Polizzi giving advice to the owners.
