A lot of walking to tube.
My room was amazing, it was much larger than a normal hotel room with floor to ceiling windows flooding it with light
Location suited us.
Room was very big. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was very good.
Not a 5* hotel as rated. Woodwork needs painting. No shower cap in bathroom. People outside can see into the bedrooms on 1st floor. For guests comfort there should be a screen on glass that does not allow this and allow guests to open blinds when in the room without being on view from outside.
Would be nice if Gym, jacuzzi was open earlier in the morning.
Rooms very spacious and comfy bed.. good food in restaurant lovely ambience...Steam room , jacuzzi fabulous
Nothing
Rude staff. That immediately asked for deposit. Even though I didn’t get any emails about it.
I booked it with the intention that they had a swimming pool.
When I was leaving in the morning the same staff at reception was rude with attitude.
Helpful polite Staff . Quirkyness . Parking
Nothing
Comfortable room. Coffee, tea and water available. Safe parking underground. Lovely riverside location. A good size gym and hot tub
Many of the exercise/cardio machines in the gym not working. A little unclean in the gym area.
Location
Staff was not good
Spacious room
Spa closed early at 7pm
No usb sockets
The size of the room was amazing and the the jacuzzi was great, food service was lovely
I would have liked to have the option for smart TV apps so i could watch my shows in the evening
The room we originally wanted was the Emperor Suite, but because we were travelling with our pet, we had to choose an alternative. However, I have to say the alternative was still excellent. We stayed in the Junior Suite — the view wasn’t the best, but the room itself was absolutely fantastic.
A big bravo to the staff as well. The food was incredible, and the restaurant team was so welcoming and attentive. This isn’t a negative review at all — it’s actually about how what started as a small disappointment turned into something equally wonderful. A great experience overall.
not experiencing the emperor suit, but we will come again for sure, without our pet to have that room for our stay
