Pros:

Everything!
We were received with a dessert in our room.
The estate is beautiful and well kept. The staff are polite, helpful and friendly. The breakfast (included) was top notch, with a generous buffet and ordering options (we never ordered because the buffet met all our needs). The quality of the ingredients used was noticeable at every meal. Dinner options were hard to choose from!
Afternoon tea was a cool experience, everyone should try.
The spa was a nice treat to enjoy during our stay!

Cons:

No complaints!

An exceptional hotel situated on the banks of the River Tay in a magnificent part of Scotland.
Pros:

Top marks go to all the staff we dealt with, from Melanie on reception who was exceptionally friendly and helpful, young Ruaridh who looked after getting our bags to and from our room and the staff in the restaurant, especially Bikram and Dot. Full marks to all the other staff we met and whose names we did not get.

Cons:

There is nothing that we could criticise, even slightly.

Heerlijk zwembad en jacuzzi.
Langs de rivier loop je op 15 min naar centrum Dunkeld.

Het tapijt in de kamer is aan vervanging toe.

A wonderful gem of a hotel - good food, good people, beautiful setting
Pros:

The hotel's setting was gorgeous, the staff were lovely, the included pool and gym were awesome. Dinner was outstanding.

We had a lovely stay and have made some wonderful memories. We will gladly recommend it to others.

Cons:

We had a lovely trip and would do it all over again, but I would add the below feedback.

The restaurant atmosphere felt just a touch more cafeteria than fancy hotel, though the food was amazing. It's enough of a tone shift that if I planned it again I would've probably planned our 10th anniversary meal off-site.

We flagged to the restaurant that they'd missed a drink off our bill and then when adding it in they accidentally double charged us for the whole meal - but sorted this out on check out.

The bathroom was a bit dated.

That river is pure poetry!
Pros:

Location is stunning!

Cons:

The carpet inside the Room and in the elevator is (maybe) from the Victorian age. From a cleanliness and hygiene point of view, it definitely deserves a refresh.
