Room was large, clean & comfortable had a really good night stay. Was really impressed, exceptional good value would recommend.
We didn't opt for a full breakfast instead we had eggs florantine & a bacon butty wasn't overly impressed muffin wasn't toasted & bread bun was brioche. Other than that the dining area was beautiful & staff friendly.
No breakfast included, but we appreciated the porridge pots.

Scruffy tatty room and the heat was stifling, no ventilation and just a very inadequate fan, we didn't stay the night we came home
Perfect location for a visit to the towns annual bike night. Check in and check out were quick and easy. All the facilities you need.
Room was nice
Never received details of how to enter property, did not reply to phone requests , had to wait one and half hours until restaurant was open ,staff were very helpful and gave me access to room . No apologies. From owners .
Breakfast was lovely. Staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly. We liked the side entrance, felt like we had more freedom and wasn’t going through the restaurant.
It wasn’t best walking through a back room, but none the less we’ll come again. We didn’t mind ourselves but other people may not. Side entrance is brilliant.
Beautiful restaurant below great accommodation. Clean and beautifully presented. Lovely decor and furniture. Skylight in bathroom gave a welcome breeze during the heatwave.
Breakfast was porridge, juice and coffee. A welcome addition of a croissant 🥐 or something similar would have been appreciated.

The location to go to a wedding
No staff there for breakfast , no staff there for a check in on a Friday 3pm for a 2 night stay , shower had no pressure it was absolutely rubbish , what water did come out was boiling for a few seconds and then freezing cold
Super friendly staff and excellent food/service.
Not a criticism more of a suggestion , but maybe bottled water in the rooms? And in this horrendous heat a bigger fan would have been better.
