very good experience, high contender for future stays in the area.
Pros:

everything that ine can ask for , close to the train, generous rooms, fun location…

Cons:

Our room faced the street and the noise of the street was tolerable but not enjoyable. Not sure how is in summer when is the garden underneath more frequented.

Great Stay
Pros:

We had a very easy and relaxing stay here. The well decorated room was a good size and I appreciated the bath. The room was quiet and very good value.
Location was great as very close to trains, tube and buses.

Cons:

Der Mitarbeiter der mich spät eingerückt hat war zwar nett aber so kompliziert das war mir sehr anstrengend er hatte so Panik das ich wegen fehlender Kreditkarte was konsumiere oder so keine Ahnung und sollte nix anfassen und das bei 200 Pfund für 5 Std 🤢

Beautifully appointed, spacious room, location and building. Breakfast was also lovely.

Cons:

Our shower was clogged, I mentioned it once, nothing was done. There was a really loud sound the whole night coming from outside, I think it might’ve been a loose roof tile. Kept us up most of the trip, I mentioned it to the staff but nothing was done about it. For the price you pay I expected more action to be taken.

An enjoyable weekend stay, we would return if visiting Richmond again.
Pros:

Conveniently opposite the station and handy for everywhere. Staff without exception were all welcoming and friendly. Room was comfortable with everything we needed in working order and nicely decorated. Excellent shower. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon to a busy pub - England France rugby match was on plus there was a large group of families in so no quiet corner to sit and chill. But it is a pub, so we expected busy and noise, and in our room upstairs it was really quiet. And on Sunday, all was calm.

Our stay at The Orange Tree Hotel enhanced our whole weekend
Pros:

Location was fantastic. The decor was quirky, unique and beautiful. Room was spacious and comfortable with lots of lovely extras included. Fab bathroom.

Cons:

Stair carpet up to the bedrooms looked worn/in need of a good clean or replacing.

Exceptional!
Pros:

A fantastic place to stay. Gorgeous rooms, lovely food, super staff and the best sheets known to any bed! Plus I would recommend the cherry bakewell cocktail.
And perfect if you are going to the theatre.
